Tonight's visit to Costco in Antioch was a pleasant experience, particularly with the seamless transition of holiday items in and out, showcasing their consistent attention to seasonal offerings throughout the store. With spring in full swing, I noticed an expanded selection of plants, including several varieties I hadn't typically seen at Costco such as various dwarf fruits, all available in ample quantities. This focus on seasonal diversity enhances the overall value of the shopping experience, making it effortless to discover something fresh during every visit.

It's Costco, what do people expect? When I had signed up, it was quick and easy! I guess only negative was the service on my phone so I had to get on their WiFi lol. Shopping there? The selection is crazy. Huge variety, bang for your buck if you're shopping for a family. Samples? Sheesh, I'll be back for thirds. Yes, there are insanely long lines at times, depending on when you go, but that is expected! The staff? They are all very helpful and they are everywhere, you can't not find one if you need assistance. Prices are good, lines up with today's value on things, but definitely a bit cheaper if you think about it. Clothes? SUPER cheap in price, but pretty good quality. Hungry after all that shopping and walking around? The food court is cheap too! $2 for a huge slice of pizza, or a few bucks for a chicken bake, or even $10 for a whole XL pizza; that's AMAZING. You can not beat that anywhere. Not only is it cheap, but the flavor is great, too! By the looks of it, if Costco keeps it up, I'll probably just be a lifetime member lol, take my money Costco!!!

The manager at this location was very rude. Poor customer service and was giving attitude for a mistake her cashier made. Will never come here again.

I would simply like to give a s/o to Managers Sam and Laura. I had an unfortunate situation while shopping in this location. However, when I approached Sam he was empathetic and helpful. Laura helped seal the deal with her professionalism all while being quick and kind! Thank you both!

It's so funny how when a lady asked me to apply for an executive club membership, I said "no" because I don't come here that often. I've been coming here a lot more and more than what I said to the lady when I first applied for membership years ago. I really love that there is a Costco close to me. This Costco has great selection of items and I always get what I need. The one con about going to Costco is everything is big. What I mean is if I need just a carton of milk it comes in a pack of three. But the price is right. Costco always has great holiday items. Costumer service is ok. I rarely need to ask for help. Unless I go to Optical or their foodcourt area and then when you check out. That's the only real reaction with employees at Costco.

So as friends, family and Co-Workers (Yeah I am talking about you) will attest we have a obsession with Costco. So much so we have a set of Costco Rules we live by (after the review). This is your typical Costco and it flows in a clockwise direction from the entrance. You have your typical array of electronics and season items int he front and center and work you way back to the meat and freezer sections As I stated in my review of the the Mountain View location, we do have some rules to help keep our obsession under control: 1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there. 2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress. 3) Avoid the weekends like the plague. 4) See #1 5) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG 6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * aka "The Death Star" on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out. 7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas. (Same on Kauai)

This one is hard to judge. The store is fine, the issue with Costco is when you order online and have an appliance shipped to you. We were out a refrigerator for 2 weeks. The first attempt at delivery resulted in a cracked base, where the warehouse strapped the base where it says DO NOT STRAP. Then when the order was rejected, Costco Logistics was contacted on a Friday early afternoon. We were told it would be expedited and to expect a new delivery the following Tuesday. I called the following Monday to confirm a time only to discover the representative from Friday NEVER ENTERED THE REPLACEMENT. It was only reordered on that Monday morning. The second delivery attempt was the following Thursday, when it was discovered there was a huge hole in the box and a major dent in the front. After 2 failed attempts and over 2 weeks without a refrigerator, we decided to cancel and take our business elsewhere for failure for the warehouse to check for damage before loading. Logistics didn't communicate with each other too. NEVER ordering appliances from Costco again. It may be cheaper, but there's no guarantee you're going to receive it undamaged or on time.

Some of the worst customer service ever. It's been specially bad since new management came to the store about 1 year ago.

I have received the worst customer service ever from Costco, specifically Costco Tire center. I purchased 4 tires online, set an appointment for today to get them installed. Got to the appt early, tires got installed in less than an hour, which was great. NOT! Drove to Walmart to get some stuff and my TPMS light turns on. I call Costco and they say come right back. Mind you, my appt was at 5pm, tires done before 6pm, shipped at Costco before leaving to Walmart, and had to hustle back before right before 8pm. Well, the associate tells me to park by the air station, adds air, says they misread my tire pressure level and put to much in the back when it should've been 32/35psi. Still the TPMS doesn't turn off. He gets a gauge to read the sensors and as we are standing in the freezing cold tells me that 3 out of the 4 sensors are not working. They worked on the old tires before I brought it in, we're replaced by Americas Tires just last year. Then he tells me to go back to Americas tires to get them replaced?!?!? I explain if Ty e worked when I brought it in, you changed all my tires, then it's something you did. He then explains the battery or the distance, and says it's not their problem as they just changed the tires. I explain that they had to have done something to the sensor as it's on the rim. He then says nothing he can do. So I call a buddy for some confirmation and he says the TPMS should still be working unless it was damaged, so he says I should go inside and ask for the Manager of the tire center, Keith. I go in and another associate says that since the TPMS aren't Costco's they can't do anything unless I want to buy theirs?!?!? I then say it doesn't make sense that 3 of 4 stop working after they change the tires. He says they can look at it tomorrow, Saturday, and if they broke them they will replace them, but since they are booked it will be a while?!?!? So, you possibly damage my car, waste more of my time, tell me to come back and then tell me I will have to wait to have them checked out to "see" if they are damaged, even though they know I can't be in the car bay to watch and see what they see and possibly lie that they are ok and it's only the batteries which then they won't do anything. I then ask for Keith, and he says he is gone for the day, off Saturday, and won't be back till Sunday. I ask when will Keith be working Saturday. He says open, I ask what time, he says maybe 9, so you don't know when you open?!?!? I said I will be back.Even though it was a great deal on tires, the poor customer service, bad attitude and general disrespect makes the whole interaction at Costco Tires never want me to go back to get tires from them ever.I definitely would like to hear from the Costco warehouse manager or corporate to see if this is the norm on how they treat their members, not to mention I have been a member since the 2000.

I went here yesterday and the lady who helped me to pay for all the things I bought and she charged me instead of 12 bottles of honey she charged 24 bottles. But I sympathize with her because she is too busy and everyone will make mistakes sometimes. I went back and talked to the staff here happily and without irritation, but in exchange for their handling. After they check the camera again and give me back the money 12 bottles of honey yesterday was charged extra then they said I have to pay extra $17.99, did I ask her what do I need to pay more? She told me that yesterday the lady didn't charge for the trash bag, I took 2 boxes but the lady only charged 1 box. But I showed her in my bill it was 2 boxes and she said no, I took 3 but the lady only charged 2 boxes. But I'm sure I only took 2 boxes yesterday and the bill already charged 2 boxes. Then she called the manager or someone came out to talk and when she came and show me the camera again and said I took 2 boxes but the lady only charged 1 box. And I said that in the bill 2 boxes were charge. Then they didn't said anything and turned away, not even an apology. Neither did I. I think when they looked at the camera again from yesterday, if they think I haven't pay anything, they should check the bill before telling me I need to pay more. What if I don't know speak English? I think they see that I'm Asian so they don't care how I feel and think. Even a child who makes a mistake will know how to apologize to have fun together, but they just walk away. They don't know how to say I'm sorry when they're wrong. Very bad
