Prices here are extremely high. If you can get your items somewhere else then do it.
The disabled parking spaces are 4 spaces from the door. Shouldn't those be closest to the door?

I came into the store knowing exactly what i wanted. i joined another customer who was waiting. After waiting 10 minutes together to have someone come open up the case of deodorant i ordered on Amazon for next day delivery and at 30% off. Is its not convenient some special experience or a deal you loose my business.
(ps i hate Amazon)
Only stars are for it being clean and the cashier greeting me.

These people never answer their phones. Why isn't the Manager or the Regional Manager monitoring the lack of service to the public. It's outrageous that I sat on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up. I called the store, and they said this is always a problem with that department. There's just no accountability. There are things that just can't be done online or through the phone system.

I stopped using the pharmacy at CVS a couple years ago and switched to Alto, which is good. Pharmacist think they are God's and they sure act like it, especially at CVS. They are always rude, never helpful and it spreads to all the staff. I was there last night and the line had 11 people in it. I counted 7 employees in the pharmacy and only 1 working the counter. I only went here this particular time because my normal pharmacy was out of my medication. The cost at CVS is at least 50% more than Alto because they have to pay for all those employees standing in the back. Avoid this place at all cost. The store manager either can't or won't do anything about the pharmacy.

The Pharmacist named Nicole is so rude.. I haven’t intern illness and my medicine been on back order for three months. It sounded like she had an attitude for me asking her questions about medicine that I need to stay alive. The CVS needs to do better and hire people that wants to do their job not people that is forced to do their job because obviously they don’t like it when you ask them questions that they supposed tell you I hope you guys do better.!!!

This pharmacy is the worst I tryed puting in for refill and they told me they would contact my Dr. for new refill . 3 weeks later they still haven't filled my prescription I calld them back and was automatically put on hold and then hung up on me after 15 minutes of waiting. I calld my Dr. and was told they put in for my refill . I'm switching pharmacy I had CVS inside Pittsburg Target till they closed it down , they were great hard to believe I went from great to worst .

This pharmacy is incredibly disorganized and severely lacks urgency in everything they do. The employees have zero compassion or patience for the patients they are supposed to be serving. If there were other options nearby in Antioch, I'm certain a majority of customers would transfer out of this CVS location. I have a lot more to say about the exhausting and overwhelming experience I had with them but I will save that for my complaint to the corporate office.

The worst pharmacy! Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor customer service and when you call they don't answer their phone. I can see why they are closing their stores. Will soon be dropping CVS for another pharmacy. Someone that is more capable of taking care of their customers!
