“I came to the store this morning around 8:30, to get 25 balloons filled up. The associate who helped me seem to be the only one on the floor, but there was no one in line so she was able to assist me. She was very polite, professional, and kind. While she was filling up my balloons, some very rude individual came into the store and wanted to buy a couple of bright green poster boards immediately. He started cussing at her asking, who was getting balloons? She professionally explained that it was another customer, and I overheard him, so I yelled from a different aisle, saying I was getting the balloons made. Once the balloons were completed, I went to the back of the line in an effort to get him out sooner and reduce the stress in the store.He continued to berate her, calling her names, flipping her off, making comments about her strength, and even attempting to scan the merchandise himself. She was very professional and did not engage, he walked out of the store without paying, and as he’s walking out, he’s flipping everybody off. He came back in and asked for a manager, and attempted to tell his side of the story. Once he left and I felt safe, I apologize to the associate who had to endure that horrible behavior, and I explained to her manager what an outstanding associate she was

What I’m trying to say is that before it was even 9 AM, The staff member was being verbally abused. She handled it very professionally, and politely. I will be returning here to show my support for the staff who deal with garbage humans.”

Tori always greets me with a warm welcome. She is friendly, respectful, and takes the time to engage politely with every customer. You can tell she works incredibly hard and still manages to keep a smile on her face.
Corporate should take notice of this location. The store may have its challenges, but these employees are doing the best they can with what they have. They deserve appreciation, support, and the resources needed to make this store even better. Thank you to Tori and the entire team for all your hard work! 👏💙”

“Just like any other Dollar Tree. They were stocking shelves and moving trolly carts full of inventory ll over the store. Seems this location gets a lot of traffic. Staff was very nice and friendly.”
