That's the worst store ever, my kid were playing and the store. lady( maria) rude and she harassed my 13 years old and treated her saying that she will call the police. i feel harassed by her. that was some racist acta! the worst para when i see the name (maria). be careful.i didn't that this store like to have this rude, racist people.

This is the second time I go in I say no bag and they still charge me for it and she ask me if I wanted the receipt I said yes please and she didnt gave it to me I had to grab it from the printer.

It's a dollar tree. I enjoy going to Dollar Tree. This location is generally out of sorts. Messy, and dirty.

First and last time visiting this location. Why ? Simple. Customer service from Chi was extra lacking. She came off as arrogant and I had to bite my tongue to save myself the headache. She was also very unknowledgeable about customer service etiquette and acted as if I was some kind of thief for a drink I came in with. I spent about $50 on candy and energy drinks but I'm not spending my money there again. Also, the place was a hot mess with 1 whole isle unavailable due to it being used for empty boxes.

I visited this location yesterday and the queues were around the whole store and I waited 40 minutes but that wasn’t the problem the problem was everyone wanted balloons and the balloons were at the ceiling which is very high and they have to collect it with an 18ft pole with sticky tape and you could tell they were in pain and the manager Maria was on her lunch and she kept being rude to her employees Chi And Taylor telling them to go on break and they said they can’t we are the only ones on shift what do you want us to do leave over 100 customers so Taylor with nearly tears in her eyes said to the customers sorry guys I can’t collect anymore balloons I’m in agony and my boss does not care about her employees and the boss Maria kept whispering slurs about her under her breath then to make things worse Maria came on to the tills and went on the microphone and said I WILL NOT BE BREAKING MY BACK FOR BALOONS SO NO ONE IS GETTING ONE IF YOU COME TO MY AISLE. And once everyone heard that everyone spoke up telling Taylor and Chi to Quit and go somewhere you are appreciated and everyone wanted corporates number to get this woman Maria fired she should not be in a state of authority treating her employees like this

Store very unorganized. Shelves disorganized boxes throughout the store. It didn’t look like nobody was working on Stocking shelves. Was very disappointed never again while I walk into that dollar store. Will not recommend nobody to go in there

I have no idea which Dollar Tree location thus review is for. I decided to finally fill one of these review requests out for a chain where I visit multiple locations. Google just asks me by the store name for my reviews and gives me no indication of which location they are talking about.
Some locations are much better than others. I generally prefer the larger stores with more items. The staff also makes a big difference. If they have a willingness to try to help that is really great.
An improvement the chain could make is to post aisle numbers. If there were aisle numbers, a helpful buy busy employ could say, "Near the back of aisle 3 on the right." As it is now, Take a left at the paper plates and ten right at the...." Or just, "It is near the back over there."
