I really liked the attention of the staff as much as the veterinarian who saw my dog. This was my first time with them and I really liked it.

First off, I didn’t want to write this! But after seeing how well a vet experience can be for my dog after his neuter, I can see how bad this was for my puppy just for vaccine!I got my puppy vaccinated from here with $220 package they give. The doctors are ok, but the inexperienced associates who treated my puppy poorly. When the assistant got my puppy to our waiting room. I could see my dog was freaked out! She had two other leashes on his neck and she had paper wipes and said he peed himself. I felt so bad! Puppy was happy to see me and wagging his tail got on the car and back home.I usually won’t have collar on my dog at home. Next day I tried to put the collar on to go on a walk. He was freaked out! Running away from me cornering himself, screaming in dog voice as if he going to die!! I was scared. It took me 4months to slowly train him out of this with lot of positive reinforcement treats with small steps. First month didn’t go out of home as he never let the collar near him even while sleeping. After this my dog hit around 6-7months and started getting calls for neuter from here. I decided to not go blindly after the previous experience. My friend recommended “The Pet Advocate” located in Tracy. It is 40 minutes drive but was worth it.My dog had such a positive experience that despite the pain he is happy and joyful after such a big surgery. The dog who never liked the cone on his neck before wore it happily for 4 days. I didn’t even give him the pain medication provided for more than a day. He is all happy and healthy! The neuter was for half the coat that I was quotes here!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL!Here is my long and detailed review. This place has good rating so we trusted them after reading so many positive reviews. Since this is our first dog we never had any experience with a vet hospital. We booked a vaccination appointment for our dog. They billed us $220 for all the vaccines. For the first vaccine we asked to give it in front of us because we were not sure how our 4 month old puppy would take it. That went well. For the second time, when we asked to give it in front of us, the nurse said that it would be better if they took him inside. We trusted them. While bringing him back the nurse had put him on a different leash. She said he is too energetic and even while putting on the leash he was jumping... After going home we realized how traumatized he was! For almost a month he was scared whenever we tried to put him in a collar. He used to run away! I can't imagine what happened inside that day ?They gave us an estimation for neuter which was around $700. Since that was too much we started looking for other vet hospitals and found one at Tracy. After going there we got to know how bad these guys were! First thing is price, which is very expensive because at Tracy we got it done for $300. And even vaccination would have been around $100. See the price difference here! Even if we keep the money aside, the experience at Tracy was very pleasant. Even after getting neutered my dog is not scared or traumatized by anything. He started feeling better the next day itself.

We were very happy with service when we had appointments. They were short on techs as when we tried to make an appointment before moving away, we couldn’t get one for almost a month. Besides the staffing issue, we’ve always been happy with every vet and tech that helped us.

I have been taking cats to veterinarians for over 20 years and they usually freak out when they are being checked out. My current two cats are very calm with this veterinarian.

Great place, very helpful and understanding. We needed to put our senior dog down last year. We went to one place first, and they made us wait almost an hour in their parking lot before telling us they couldn't do it. We had to make an appointment.Heart broken that my dog was suffering. We drove to East Hills Veterinary Hospital, spoke to receptionist who put us in a room. Vet came in and examined out dog and recommended we put him down. They took him back gave him medicine and wrapped him they came back and explained the process and asked if my kids wanted to stay or leave the room. We all stayed by my pup side till the end. I will alway recommended East Hills Veterinary Hospital. I now take my new pup to them.

Staff is caring and professional. Very accommodating to urgent appointments and special needs. Dr. Bishop is the best, my dogs love her. They're actually excited to come to the office because of how well they're treated. Prices are affordable compared to most other offices.

I absolutely LOVE this vet clinic. The staff is always amazing, helpful and welcoming. We live in Napa but make the trip every time to see Dr. Danny who by the way is AWESOME! I own frenchies which are known to be a very delicate breed and I wanted to make sure both myself and my pups felt comfortable with our vet before I trusted anyone to put them under from all of the horror stories I've heard. For both a cherry eye and a spay surgery I was able to leave the clinic with peace knowing my babies were in great hands. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
