I brought a terrabite portable flash drive. When I tried using the the printer the USB option(which is one of the few options you can use to import files that you would like to print) did not work. I had to see the store clerk to have my files printed rather than using the FedEx Print & Go service for quick, self-service printing. The store clerk was very amiable to speak to. The line was very short and fast moving so seeing the store clerk wasn't bad. I wish I could've procured the capacity for using the FedEx Print & Go service.

This is the worst FedEx location i have ever been!! It started with worst customer service just taking my envelope that I had a shipment label for it, and just hand me a receipt showing that I came by and drop off the envelope. And the label is for a shipment that should have gone out the next day.
It's an envelope that's less than two ounce with some very important documents.
Then 4 to 5 days later, my receiver had reached out that he still have not yet received the documents, but when I call the store one of their store people told me, "The driver was sick and nobody came by to replace him that's why we didn't ship but it was still sitting in the box."
So if you have important documents or anything that needed to be shipped. Do not go to this location.
The convenience became the inconvenience!!

They were quick and helpful. I was moving a rooms worth of stuff by shipping it and they quickly took care of my needs. I also got a discount for sending bulk to the same location. Definitely recommend!

The lady there didn’t know what she was talking. I just need to drop off a FedEx package and get a receipt with the tracking number on it. Told me they don’t do that there when I have done it before.
