Mr. Ken was an awesome gentleman kept me up to date it took little long but I was ok not like other Firestone I've been to before and the work was done correctly

Service was quick and friendly. But the driveway leading up to the service bays was littered with unused rim balance weights and valve stems. I picked up a handful of them and brought them inside to desk and put them on the desk in front of the guy at the desk with the comment to him of ‘ Is this the way you get your repeat customers? He didn’t seem surprised so maybe the techs are encouraged to throw them out there . Not very professional I think . Please respond if someone actually reads this.

I have to change my mind about this location, usually like it, but after I pay for a lifetime alignment for my truck ,I have to re aligment my truck, but this time my result comes worth then before and the technician told a have to change parts when on the first time told me everything looks great , I got feeling because I don't pay for the service someone try to pull some money out telling me I need change parts .

Don’t go to the Antioch Firestone. They are not good technicians. I planned ahead to get my tires installed and they didn’t have all 4. It’s obvious that they didn’t plan for this request.
Also, I didn’t have an engine light on when I got there but did when I left. How do I know this aside from me knowing that is that they didn’t mention it on the paperwork.
I strongly believe they damaged the MAF sensor because that’s the code that comes up.
My brother had a similar experience with a battery.

Zero customer concern. It doesn't take 5 hrs to fix a flat. Out of town and needed it in a few hours.
BIG O TIRES can do it in 30 minutes, her we come Big O Tires.

I would not recommend this store,I had an 9 am appointment to have my oil changed and an hour and a half later they still had not started working on my car so I canceled my appointment and left without any service being done,I thought an appointment meant something,I guess not at this store.

Went in to have a air pressure sensor for the same tire has come on, for the third time. Got to drop it off before going to my teaching session and got the news that the tire was fixed before I got out of class. Yay, me!

I feel since I was a women by myself, I was treated differently than the males. I went in for a wheel alignment on Saturday 2nd. While waiting in the lobby. A male customer walks in to pick up his car. As the gentleman at the desk proceeded to closed the customer tab out, explained what was the findings during the maintenance requested. He took the time to explain and answered all questions in clear detail that I understood. When my turn approached, the gentleman at the corner handed me my alignment sheet and said have a good day. Never explained any findings or why my front wheel was red and negative. I had to ask, then was told I needed new tires, The mechanic that did the wheel alignment spoke to me as if he was just telling me anything to get me out of the store. I still have no ideal what caused the negative front wheel. He also proceeded to say parts just wear over time causing the negative. When I asked if I needed new parts he said no, which contradicts his original statement.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Especially, Ken. I had a trip planned and they managed to get me back on the road as scheduled. I had gone to "another tire shop" and they were rude an unhelpful. This will be my go to place now. Especially with the Hours of operation being open everyday.
