Staff was very helpful and attentive. Especially, Ken. I had a trip planned and they managed to get me back on the road as scheduled. I had gone to "another tire shop" and they were rude an unhelpful. This will be my go to place now. Especially with the Hours of operation being open everyday.

It was no hassle and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of as a woman. I went in for a set of new tires. The store manager was honest when he said that I also needed new brakes because they were dangerously worn. Unbeknownst to him, I knew this to be true. My brakes had been squeaking for months and a year ago I was informed that I would need new ones within 6 months. Finally, though the store closed at 6:00, I overheard him tell a customer on the phone that they would remain open beyond that time to make her repairs. The parts had been late arriving. All in all, kudos to the Antioch, CA Firestone store.

Firestone Antioch CA, needs to take care of people that make appointments first . Made appointment just to patch tire , All I'm saying making appointments doesn't mean your get done sooner.

Do NOT use this place. Scheduled appt at 12pm, as of 2:30pm had not even touched my car for oil and brakes. Ridicules!

I been a customer of Firestone for 20 years and the customer service was very good, now they have Dejon at the front desk and he has pretty bad customer service. I made an appointment for oil change and they took 2 1/2 hours Dejon never call me to tell me that the car was ready and he didn't want to give me a paper receipt. Very disappointed I will never go back it seems like Dejon doesn't know what he is doing.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Made appointment for my 'free' oil change service that I paid for through Carvana. Showed up and overheard tech say he wasn't doing my oil change because equipment was down but then proceeded to offer me oil change if I paid out of pocket an $80 fee. Total BS.

Reading the reviews AFTER I got my oil change, I feel like I was at a completely different location than everyone is reviewing about. I actually liked my experience and plan to go back as it was a very easy process for me. Called the day before, landed a 1230appt and I personally told them I had all day to wait since I don't want them to rush my car. They called me just about an hour or two after, it was also a holiday weekend. I also received the $10 off coupon since there's deals online directly from their website! No fuss about that, as they were glad to give it. I first came in and it was Ken and his other teammate, both busy with customers but I was still greeted with a happy welcome. Appreciate them both as I noticed they were tied up with trying to squeeze in a customer, explain to a customer what the prices are and still making sure everyone was set with everything before leaving them with the keys. I personally got a laugh or two out because it made seem like it was family affair in there. I noticed that they were telling the team outside working on cars not to rush the car work and to just make sure the work is done but correctly and smoothly. That was nice to hear since .. my car was going to be there too. I appreciate coming in with laughs and coming to pick up my car and everyone was still fun, calm, and collected. Even during the football game going on and with 2-3 people ahead of me. I think it's been a month now since my oil change and nothing wrong since! I'll be back for sure. Great service and quality work, if you ask me.

Best customer care ever. They were about to close and I came in on Labor Day and asked for help with a situation I just got into in the highway and they agreed to help me. I don’t know the other guy’s name that did the service but Ken talked me through it while my tire was getting fixed and it all was so quick and the price was great. I wish I could credit the guy who did the service for me by name, but regardless they were both incredibly kind and helpful and went out of the way to provide incredible customer service. Depending on the day you will most likely have to wait. Don't bother with appointments just show up or you can try and call first.

Soon after purchasing my car, I had Firestone do a transmission fluid flush, an oil change and flip a tire around that was installed backward (not by them). This work was performed on 3-14-2019. If I'm correctly remembering the tire they flipped around went flat and I had to bring it back so they could fix it again. I was not impressed with their quality of work at the time but it was not uniquely terrible, so I did not bother to write a review.A few days ago, I inspected my car and noticed the fill plug on the transmission was gone, this happens on Honda civics when the vent for the transmission becomes clogged. I bought myself a new plug and a quart of transmission fluid. When I removed the check plug, I was not expecting fluid to come out as I could tell it had lost some fluid from the mess under the hood. Much to my surprise fluid poured out of that hole, almost a quart worth. When I put the plugs back in, I took it for a test drive and it drove beautifully, as opposed to before when I was thinking the transmission was wearing out in it. Firestone dramatically overfilling the transmission made my car less enjoyable to drive for years and likely significantly hurt the fuel economy and caused unnecessary wear on the transmission.Services: Transmission

This Firestone has gotten WORST year after year appointment after appointment. First, what's the point of marking an 8am appointment only to be told the tech doesn't come till 9am but gets to work at 940? I WAS A LOYAL Firestone customer but after this I'm not sure anymore, at least not to this location. Time after time an oil change and tire rotation turns into an all day event. No updates. No communication. The bathrooms are a mess. Place has gotten old and needs serious maid service. Carpets need vacuum. Walls are dirty. What happened to this Location UGH!!!

I have been taking my cars to Firestone for years. Car maintenance is essential to maintain cars running smoothly and reliable. Firestone is the place for me and I highly recommend it.

10 years ago fire stone used to be a very nice place where you feel comfortable and very happy about service. Now it’s just dirty inside. Customer service no good at all no help with nothing whatsoever. I will never recommend this fire stone to no one.
