Philip and Vanna were my go to for acrylic fills with gel. However, Philip told me Vanna stopped doing acrylic and only him and his wife do them now. I do basic polish so he has sent me to his wife twice. He does more art designs. His wife has done my nails twice and my nails were breaking within days both times. She does not add sufficient acrylic to the tips of the nails. I corrected her on a few of my nails trying to encourage her to add more acrylic. Worse, she took over an hour to fill and file my nails before starting to polish. The nails were not smooth even after a ridiculous amount of time filing. I just can't go back there because the service is not consistent.

I was recommended to Phillip by my Niece , after I was complaining about nails breaking off too easily & having to always get them fixed. Since having Phillip do my nails and fills, I haven’t experienced this problem. He is also so artistic on doing nail art . The pedicures are also very good at this salon . It’s quite a commute from where I live , but we’ll worth the drive. Kinda wanted to keep this place a secret so he doesn’t get too booked Lol , but He deserves the praise along with the others at this Salon ??Services: Manicure

If I did this review when I first started going here, it would've been 5 stars. However, I have been here about 5 times now, and I am not really satisfied. The first time I went, I did a dip nail full set, and they came out beautifully! This is what made me come back. The second time I went was months later, and I got the same thing, but this was with a different person. I should've known by her trying to convince me to try acrylic nails, that she wasn't well versed in dip. The next day, one of my nails broke. And two days after, two more broke. I went back again to get a regular acrylic full set and this was much better only this time I started getting pedicures also, and I regret that now. I've gotten pedicures twice with about three weeks in between, and the bottoms of my feet are super cracked now and one of the cracks was actually a cut. I have no idea how, because they don't even use the grate. I'll just keep doing ny own feet, thank you. This last time, I went to get my third set of fills, and the next two days one broke and then a few days later, two others broke. Of course, this could be due to the tips growing out and my real nail growing, but that's why fills have to be reinforced. Not many nail techs seem to know this. They are decent in price and always have availability but I think it's time to invest a bit more for better quality.

so I knew of this nail shop because I used to live down the street from it and in the past I felt they did a fairly good job just always have been expensive to me.. so I've decided to give them another try 2 years later since I was visiting in the area because I have since moved....... So I made a appointment with Philip but was 5 minutes late to my appointment and because of that Philip left supposedly. I asked was there anyone else able to do my nails they all spoke in their native language and pointed towards me after I sat there for 15 minutes someone came and told me no one can do my nails because they were busy. I don't understand what the problem was you knew from the time I came in no one was able to do my nails so why have me sit there for an additional 15 minutes and talk about me? This place is rude and unprofessional I traveled way from Concord gas is not cheap these days so I could have at least been helped and not passed on because I was 5 minutes late.

Great acrylics but very short pedicures. I would consider them more of a polish change than a pedicure. My daughter's pedicure was literally 10 minutes long.

I just walked in without any yelp research as I had a party in less than a week. I wanted to treat my mom and friend with a good gel mani pedi experience that too for their first time. Giving 3 stars because my friend's nail lady was very professional and knew her job well. My friend is happy with her nails, however me and my mom were not that lucky. We Didn't like the manicure. These pictures are after week 7 days and looks like it's 4 weeks old manicure- Chipping has already begun. I was telling my nail lady to fill the paint the nails without gaps and make it look neat. She added another coat of paint over the existing coat that's it. Pedicure is okay, but feet scrubbing would have been better.

I wish I could give a negative 100! This guy is a complete j*** and I cannot believe he is still on business!I just moved to the area and stopped in to give them a try. I asked if they were accepting walk ins and he was so rude and embarrassed me in-front of everyone. He kept saying I only accept cash and I am open till 7 so we have time and then completely ignored me for 15 minutes before I asked how long the wait would be. He looked up at me in pure disgust, looked around, then mumbled 30 minutes. There was no one there and workers walking around doing nothing.I walked out feeling so made and embarrassed.Never, ever, ever go here!

I would say it's ok. If you're looking for a place to go to that provides quick service. Went in for a gel mani and a regular pedicure. For the manicure they basically just removed the old polish and replaced it with the new one. No massage. Didn't even wipe my hands/arms with warm towel. That alone was $34. As for the pedicure it was ok, felt like they only did the bare minimum and I got charged $28 for it. For me the price is they're price ia high for the time they spent on me. They applied the polish perfectly though, so that's the upside.
