GameStop is a clean and organized store. Staff can be incredibly wonderful, hilarious, and personal, making a customer's day. They are nice, answer questions quickly and with respect, and try to help explain things. While sometimes inventory lacks special items and vibes may not be the friendliest, the experience is decent and normal. Customers report a good time chatting and feel helped, leading them to give the location another try.
The associate named Adrian is very helpful, friendly and professional. Very smart giving different alternatives to finding what I need. Also showing different Gamestop products to add too my experience. Thank God for Gamestop 🙏

AMAZING SERVICE from Adrian! Was able to trade for a Nintendo Switch 2 by bringing in a bunch of games and some consoles! Adrian was very patient and helpful during the entire process! Very smooth and friendly transaction! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anybody! Will visit again!
