I love Best Buy. The workers in electronics know what they're doing. I just bought some stuff and I am somewhat happy, just a little disappointed in the laptop.

Brought 2 laptops here first one just needed update, got that fixed no charge, second one just wanted to retrieve photos from, they were able to do that. Overall i am pleased with the employe that helped me out. I will continue to use them for my electronic repairs
