This staff is top of the shelf professional!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, and has the experience that you want in dealing with an autobody and insurance claim and rental car situation. 5 stars is not enough!!! I will only ever go there if I need this service.

My parents have taken their cars to Jim's for decades. My father is a car collector (both late model and classic). Growing up, he had a different vehicle for each day of the week but chose a 1964 Chevy truck as his daily driver. He took any repair or bodywork to Jim's exclusively (including my mother's cars). My mother has continued to take her vehicles to Jim's for repair. So when I recently needed work, I decided to "keep it in the family" and go to Jim's for an estimate. The receptionist was a bit cold both on the phone and in person but was professional (I am not much of a talker myself, so it is not odd to me, but I have spoken to more warm personalities in the business). Upon arrival, I awaited the Estimator and heard my voice promptly. The office is quiet, with lovely furnishings throughout. Ed Dizon eventually greeted me. We exchanged pleasantries (with smiles) and then went out to my vehicle to assess the damage. I was highly impressed when Ed found the damage without my pointing it out. I knew I was dealing with a true professional. Ed entered my vehicle and started it to retrieve the mileage, production date, condition, etc. Next, he exited the car and explained the plan for repair thoroughly and in detail (which I greatly appreciated). Ed then went into the office to prepare the estimate. A short while later, he emerged with a conclusive breakdown and explained everything in the evaluation. Ed appeared kind, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Combined with my parents' experience, referral, and patronage, I knew this was the place I was to have my vehicle fixed until I returned home. You see, I have a dashcam, and I download the footage and save it after every drive. As I was going through the files, I heard Ed say something. Keep in mind that I was outside while he was in my vehicle with the windows up. I first heard his words via the Bluetooth speakers on my PC. I listened again with headphones, then my AirPods, believing I had to have heard what was said incorrectly. I listened to the same thing each time. Not wanting to be wrong, I sent the file to various family members and friends for their take. Mind you; I did not mention what I thought I heard as I did not want to influence them in any way. I was genuinely hoping to be wrong. But, nope, all five reiterated the same thing I thought I heard verbatim. I am talking about not even a one-word difference; it was the precise phrase from everyone. I will not write what Ed spoke (if Yelp allowed audio, I might share it - I still may on another platform). However, I do know what he said and that it was hurtful. I was here praising someone I believed to be a gentleman when my dashcam recorded how Ed truly felt. I am glad I got to hear his thoughts before giving Jim my business. However, what was said was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I am still trying to figure out what prompted Ed to blurt out such a thing. But I am fortunate he was unaware of my dashcam so that his true feelings and who he is were made known. After patronizing Jim's since the '80s, my family and I will take our business elsewhere. I do not know if Jim or James runs the shop these days, but they would be wise not to hire employees like Ed Dizon. If anything, I wish they could hear and know what he said (completely unprovoked), but I know that may never happen, so this will have to be a warning to others. Ed just lost your company business from a family that would have remained loyal for the rest of our lives. My how times truly have changed.

They did a great job on my car. You can't even tell it was hit. The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable there. I got my car back within the quoted time. I recommend them.

Took my car in for an estimate, people were friendly. After giving me the estimate, I was told it would be sent to my insurance company for approval. After 3 weeks I still hadn't heard back, so I canceled and took my car to Crash Champions (previously Mike's Auto Body). Twenty minutes later the receptionist told me to bring my car in Monday for the repairs. It only took them 20 minutes! the receptionist at Crash champions was very nice and professional. My car was in for repairs in less than a week, outstanding.
