Im visiting my aunt and we needed some things for her house. We went and it was too hot! I thought they’d have better A/C. I will say it is very organized. Night shift crew must do an excellent job! . Im a service worker so I’ll always recognize the under appreciated ones. However I hope their employees aren’t being made to work along those awful heat conditions.I needed assistance and the associate was very nice and helpful.thanks.

5 stars to the crew working in paint department at Lowe’s. Every time I go there the level of experience helps me find the best product for my project. I always have a project that gets a little better after having a friendly conversation with crew. I appreciate you taking the time and effort..

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the curbside pickup at the Lowe’s in Antioch. I was instructed to call 30 minutes ahead of my arrival to ensure my order would be ready. I did exactly that, and an associate told me to simply check in at curbside when I arrived.
When I got to the store and checked in, I ended up waiting over an hour before receiving my order. The lack of organization and efficiency was incredibly disappointing. This experience has left me questioning whether I will use this service again or even shop at this location in the future. I expected much better from Lowe’s and am thoroughly disappointed.

This is by far the worst lowes to come to, All the employees are jerks and have no care in the world about any thing you may need. No wonder theres so many complaints about Lowe's. They need to get all new personal and hire people that still care about there jobs. I asked an employee a question and her response was What do you need!!!! I was going on my break and now I had to stop, but I mean her face said it all. I went across the street and purchase a $500 security gate. Lowe's is going down hill and has been for a while.

Worst Garden Center that I have ever been to. You would have better luck finding a 4 leaf clover than getting help here. Walked past 2 supervisors about a dozen times looking for help. Let me add that these 2 supervisors did not have a vest or Lowes Badge. One of them said, " I am tired of all these military asking for discounts." I never could have imagined that they were employees. Never asked if I needed assistance and definitely did not have any sort of filters. Another employee ended up telling me that they were the supervisors. Wow. I guess Home Depot is not that bad after all.

No customer service people. Less cashiers, more self checkout. I saw an elderly woman having a hard time checking out 3 items. I had to help her. One employee, I think, is assigned to serve the self checkout stands, was nit around at first, then she was on her phone.

Where do I begin! I recently within the last two months have been dealing with this Lowe’s from bad customer service inside the store with employees. To a HORRIBLE experience with some delivery team members for an entire brand new kitchen set of appliances. We just purchased our first home in April and aside from dealing with a few things regarding the home, we are also dealing with poor service from Lowe’s and the terrible delivery company they contract. I will be fair and say some delivery members have been great. But the ones for our fridge and range were terrible. Today we got the replacement from the first delivery that they scratched up and dented , today the fridge was ten times worse! And we still have a dented range we have to return! The supervisor on appliances has been great trying to help me get through this and one of his staff members. But today I had a run in with one of them, Rosa, she was terrible to me and hung up in my face twice! She screamed at me on the phone and when I told her that she can’t speak to me that way she thought she was in the right because I was calling frustrated wanting to speak to a manager. Now it has gone to the point I have written a long report and have added today’s experience including Rosa the employee who took matters in her own hands to send to cooperate. All the stress and mental stuff I’ve been through and time off work dealing with all of this , I am not done yet. I am just getting started! Someone at the very top is going to hear about this and someone from training needs to come down and teach the employees how to provide customer service and teach them how to problem solve and deescalate situations rather than ignite them. There are just some employees at this location who are not helpful, rude and lazy. Why are they even working in a place like this if you can’t take the time to listen to customers and help when they need it. It’s terrible! And Rosa is not the only one!

Worst Lowe's ever. Can never get assistance by anyone. The call goes over the intercom for your aisle and you wait for 20 minutes before you get frustrated and leave because nobody came to help. Employees just look at you and keep walking.

Ordered online Sunday 6/2/24 through the Lowe’s app, and Instacart delivery was supposed to make the delivery the same day, but they delivered to the wrong address and sent me a picture of someone else’s house they delivered to. I contacted Lowe’s customer service that Sunday and they told me the store would call me within 24 hours. So no one called me Monday so today (Tuesday 6/4/24) I reached out again since I hadn’t heard anything from the store yet so I get on the Lowe’s website and chat with an agent. I was 10-15 minutes before an agent came in and then after about another 15 or so minutes of chatting towards the end, the agent ended the chats before coming to a resolution. So then I called Lowe’s customer service to get a refund on my order they delivered to the wrong house, I was on the phone with a lowes rep for 23 minutes for him to tell me I need to contact the store for a refund. I’d love to but the Lowe’s store didn’t reach out to me like they were supposed to and no one answered the store number when I called. I just want a refund on my dang order I didn’t get but paid for
