Metro PCS Store location: 1852 - A Street, Antioch, CA 925-778-5100. This store takes advantage of the customer. They jack the price high a** hell!! Then don't give you no receipt. They "Dayana" hand written a receipt that don't add up. No supervision and she "Dayana" pockets the money. How because there is no receipt generated from the machine. Dayana says the machine is broke and can't generate an actual receipt that shows the purchase itemize list. If this happens to you in a Metro PCS store, run!

It was cool. I feel like I got what I intended to buy and I didn't feel persuaded to purchase merchandise that I couldn't afford. The service representative were patient and knowledgeable. I received an upgrade, a few discounts and an affordable monthly rate.

Do NOT buy a phone here! They will find any reason not to refund u even with a valid reason! I got my 85 yr old grandfather a phone here and was told i could return the phone within 14 if it didn't work out for him. My grandpa just couldn't learn to use the phone so I went to return the phone 12 days later but they wouldn't give me a refund! First the lady at the desk tells me it's because we changed the number which makes NO sense because we changed the number the same day we got the phone and was told we couldn't return the phone then the lady says it's because the phone isn't active! We had to reactivate my grandpa's old phone in case of an emergency in case he falls or has a medical emergency so because we didn't keep the phone active we don't get the refund so what happens when u return a phone!? It is then deactivated! I'm beyond upset!! Very very poor customer service! Shame on them for taking from the elderly! I could see if we weren't in the 14 day period or if our reasoning wasn't legit but that wasn't the case and we had our receipt! Definitely will NEVER be doing business here again! Also I asked for the corporate number because the lady says she was the manager and she gave me the wrong number! Crooked!? Smh

It was so nice to go to a Metro PCS store and be greeted by such an honest and friendly guy. Caesar got me what I wanted, in and out the store in less than 15 minutes, new plan, new phone. Love this place

I normally do not get real help once a company know that you are not going to buy something. This was not the case when I went to my local MetroPCS store. My phone is kind of old, but so am I. I was not sure if the problem I was having was because of operator error or if I needed a new phone. Stefania was was excellent. She listened to what the problem was and showed me what I was doing wrong and asked a few more questions and we found out what caused it. I keep my phone in my shirt and my skin was turning it off. My phone is old and cases were no longer on the shelf however she knows her inventory enough that she went to the back and brought me out several cases with covers to choose from. Got my favorite color and I am now a very happy and loyal customer. Thank you Stefania my phone works perfectly now !

THE STORE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN BY 10:00AM....EMPLOYEES WERE BOTH LATE , AND WHEN THEY WERE UNLOCKING THE DOORS , ONE OF THEM TOLD US CUSTOMERS IN A SOMEWHAT RUDE MATTER ,THAT WERE WAITING PATIENTLY , THAT WE HAD TO WAIT WHILE THEY OPENED UP THE STORE....NEITHER EMPLOYEE APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AS THEY SHOULD HAVE....HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
