One lady did not know what she was doing, while the other lady did. It took awhile for the lady to switch two phone,however, when she switched the phones she managed not to tell us that we no longer will have insurance on our phone! Well I guess that’s how you get people to come back and pay for a whole new phone . I did not ask for her to discontinue my insurance for my iPhone nor did she notify that it would be discontinued after the switch. Overall not good service I rather drive to Pleasant hill than this store.

My grama HATES technology and she's is super hard to explain things to l but I finally convinced her to go with me to metro and buy a cell phone. Honestly never in my life have I gotten service better then the women who helped my grama . She EXPLAINED everything perfectly even set up an email account . My grama must have asked the same questions like 20 times even I was getting frustrated but Danielle was sooo sweet and patient. I think every1 could learn a bit from her. I will never go to any other metro store again . Metro has a wrap for being a bit ghetto but Danielle completely changed my mind. Whoever hired her is a genius wish there were more ppl as sweet as her at other cell phone stores.
