The store is super clean. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail. They are friendly, knowledgeable about products, and have a welcoming vibe. They offer expert assistance and walk customers through choosing the right plans and phones. The staff shows determination to resolve phone problems and helps with fixing phones. They greet everyone who comes inside. The customer service is beautiful, with kindness and a great sense of humor. It is a place where customers are actually heard and feel respected. People find it a great place to go to get a phone and note it is pretty rare to meet people who genuinely enjoy working with other people.

We love this Metro PCS location. Stefania is absolutely by far the best customer service person I have run across. She is so knowledgeable about their products.
