Stephanie and Abdul are amazing. They are always so helpful and really care about the customers. I came in their store around 630 with three kids they both were very attentive to helping me even with my kids terrorizing the store and a top it off they stayed after hours just to make sure my needs are met. I felt so bad they had to stay late, but they work together as a team and they treated our family like theirs, offering water, crackers, you name it. I don’t care how close another metro is at I would drive miles just to go to the store only because the customer service is amazing and they’re not done until the job is complete. I highly recommend this location for all and any of your metro needs.

We love this Metro PCS location. Stefania is absolutely by far the best customer service person I have run across. She is so knowledgeable about their products. If I want a better camera she knows what I need. If my phone needs fixing she shows me how. If you want a great place to go to get a phone look no further. This place is the best.

This is a great store ! The man who helped had great customer service, he was very knowledgeable about products and had a welcoming vibe! The store is super clean ,and he greeted everyone who came inside the store. Pretty rare now days to meet people who genuinely enjoy working with other people .
Oh and he has a great sense of humor. So if you wanna go to a Metro Pcs store where you're actually heard and feel respected this is the place to go ?
