My recent visit today to the PetSmart in Brentwood left me with mixed feelings. While the store offers a decent selection of pet products, I found that the stock was noticeably limited, and the available items were significantly overpriced compared to online options. Unfortunately, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for during today's visit, which was disappointing. Overall, while PetSmart may serve as a convenient option for immediate pet needs, the limited stock and high prices make it less appealing for cost-conscious shoppers, who may find better deals online.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about zebra finches. He explained everything to my wife an I. I purchased one male zebra finch. He is a very good salesman, his assistant was perfect The cages were also neat an clean.Thank you for the nice experience in buying the finch.

Groomers Rochelle and Marisa did an outstanding job on our two little puppies, Deysi and Mia. They look go fantastic. And Deysi with her little pink bow is so cute. Thank for your patience with me trying to figure out how we wanted them groomed.

The Lonetree Petsmart is our go to Pet Store. We can find all our dogs needs when it comes to pet foods, snacks, items like dog beds, leashes, toys, and more. The Banfield hospital is co located (inside) the store. Did I mention the groomers is also in Petsmart? This store is like a one stop shop. There's lots of parking and there's restrooms available for costumers!!!

Store Manager very rude and disrespectful and races Name Ally I been coming to this store from last 6 years never had any problems I am very disappointed from her service other cashier's and shift leads way nicer and respectful then her I don't know company can give her that kind of high position

Came in with my boyfriend to look at the cute animals and left really disappointed and sad. The fish tanks were overfilled stressing the fish and there were clusters of dead fish in some tanks , some fish corpses even rotting and had been eaten by the other fish in the tank, as well as dwarf frogs that were getting eaten by the fish as well. Seems to be lots of neglect and no one regularly checking on these animals and cleaning tanks if so many corpses are left in with the poor living fish Do better !!

Just went to get doggies nailes trimmed. In and out in 15-20 min. Less than $20. Very well ran grooming center. We love the vets as well
