“This is a pharmacy that actually does what pharmacies do customer service explaining benefits, and treating you like a person. They’re small and their hours are pretty standard as far as like doctor and businesses is concerned. The shopping center that they’re located in is a little funky, but it’s fine the way they treat you makes up for it.”

“I have not shopped at this store for a long time because I was tired of dealing with rude people (customers and cashiers) and stepping over homeless people when I arrived early in the morning. I am happy to say that I am glad to see that Safeway has made it feel safe again. It is really sad that it had to resort to gates and security people and closed off sections but something had to be done. I am glad that Safeway did this. Also - a shout out to people who work there- they were friendly and polite when I talked with them and needed help.”

“The manager there, Nicole, is simply amazing. She is friendly, professional, compassionate and smart. She is the epitome of what a customer facing professional should be. I had a problem getting my prescription authorized, and she worked tirelessly and patiently to resolve the issue. Day after day she made herself available and persisted working with the insurance company and me. A lesser person would have given up, and had an attitude, as the process was frustrating and seemingly endless. I cannot say enough about Nicole. Bravo”
