I’ve been here multiple times, however the one time I paid to have a package professionally packed, it arrived at its location broken and I had to refund the buyer. A year later I decided to give it another shot and dropped off two packages just to get picked up- one ups and one usps (I packed them) and the one package for usps never got picked up and scanned into the post office. I had to refund my buyer and no insurance was involved because it never went out. The other ups package got delivered. The person working is very nice, but I won’t go there again for anything involving shipping. I had a key made there once and that’s working great! (I have an old Chevy, and needed a duplicate trunk key)

The lady that was working there today was very friendly and helpful. She came to see how big the box we were returning to see if it meets the weight requirement and also let us use her dolly to better bring it in the store. That was very much Appreciated. Thank ya so much.

The person that said that this person was rude was obviously having a bad day!
I purposely use this location because of the prompt professional and kind treatment I have recieved consistently for many years!
I do wish this store would open at 9:00 AM though!!!

an old white lady working here need to know how to talk in a good manner . dont be rude to any costumer or anyone comes to your store . please learn to talk in a good manner. dont treat everyone like you treat your family members at home. be nice gentle and soft . life is beautiful. you dont bave a beautiful heart lady . you a trash ?️

Be careful what you buy here because shipping supplies are violently expensive and they will not do refunds/returns. The place is kinda dark inside but at least the cashier was helpful.

I wasted so much of my time throughout the years dealing with rude UPS store employees. This was my second time going and I am going here for all of my paper, notary, and postal needs! The owner and the employee there were super nice, sweet and very helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone! Way more better then any UPS store

The notary at this location is rude, nasty and no manners what so ever. I do not recommend going here at all. She is the worse person I had to deal with. She needs to take some customer service classes and should not be dealing with people.

Love this place that's always friendly the owner's extremely nice and helps anybody anyway she canyways you can recommend taking all your items there and even purchasing things that she has there she helps other people sell things she's just all around great person Definitely deserves recognition for everything she does for everybody I've been going to post Atlantic's probably 10 years Now And you'll never be treated as good anywhere else with respect Kindness and just a very willingness to help anyone very polite, Also she does a notary service, passports and also has p.o boxes for rent and all great pricing
