The Comfort Inn offers a great location right off the highway with easy freeway access. It is real close to all kinds of fast food restaurants, eat-in restaurants, and places to eat nearby within walking distance. Nearby activities also include shopping at Century Plaza and the mall, which is less than a half mile up the road. The rooms are described as nice, clean, very clean, relaxing, and contemporary with great colors and decor that is up to date. They feature comfy beds and cool open glass showers. The staff is noted as friendly, excellent, extremely accommodating, and nice. Amenities include a nice pool, washer and dryers, and vending. A great free breakfast is offered, though some guests noted it can be very busy. Some reviewers found the prices a little pricey or steep for the area. A few minor issues were mentioned, such as a non-smoking room smelling like smoke, the absence of an ice machine, and occasional TV remote problems. Overall, guests had a relaxing time and many would recommend and book again, primarily due to the convenient location and clean, comfortable rooms.

After I checked in, I was told that there was no TV. I had requested a ground floor so they hurriedly cleared out room but it was not cleaned. Dirty wet washcloths in the shower. Used coffee filter was still in the coffee machine. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Great place to stop and stay. Nice clean rooms and prices aren't to bad. No ice machine .Real close to all kinds of fast food restaurants and the freeway.
