The worst experience. Nothing is transparent and nothing is shared which is important to know before renting an apartment.

Much better places to rent ! If you like drugs this is your place ! Manager doesn't Know CA law . Noisy and ghetto . New maintenance person every few months.Regret Moving there 100%

Love the property and the improvements made. Prior to the new ownership the property was in a bad state. The new owners came in and made lots of positive changes. I love the grill area! Management has been quick to jump on any issues that I have had. Great place to call home!
