Customer service and prioritization skills could've been better. There was a line of customers that had been patiently waiting for a long time to be rung up, and the sole employee finished her lengthy conversation with someone to then begin another with someone else that had only just walked in. The people that had been waiting should've be taken care of first.

I try to call before going to double check the only product I buy from there is in stock because online will say one thing and I get there and they don’t actually have it. They either don’t have a phone anymore or the employees are forwarding all the calls because it rings once then starts beeping like the line is busy. Every single time. I don’t live close and it’s very annoying to drive there and not know if the products will be stocked. 70% of the time they are out of hair tape…

I have been a member of Sally's for over 20 years. I fee I have a real relationship with the staff because they remember me and welcome me when I come in. They are always very helpful with me by locating the products m looking for. They take their time with me to make sure I have all the products I came for. I trust their professional advice and feel they are really concerned about my hair care needs. Stop by give them a try when your ready to get your stuff at Sally's Beauty Supply.

Sally's is open with a limit of 9 people,if you go during the weekend yoi may need to wait in line. The store is clean and most items are on stock or you can order online and pick up here. The checkout girls are friendly and can answer questions for you.
