“Storage for my 5th wheel trailer, had a little problem with thieves, but they quickly took care of the problem with an electric fence, no issues after that.... “This place is great for anyone in the Bay Area with a trailer. I had my trailer here for at least 3 years. I never had any issues, the staff always did their best to accommodate my requests (including getting access when I need to get my rig out early or when I was running late) and security was never an issue. The location was great to avoid Bay Area traffic and get to any major freeway. You also can't find better monthly rates!”

“I have been this locations (Antioch, Ca) customer for 10 years. I want to acknowledge Dena Hurtado, as she has been my primary contact each year when I order the portable toilets for our seasonal Cherry Orchard.. She has always followed through with my yearly orders to my requests. I recently had our sons wedding at our home. I ordered ( what I thought ) would be sufficient for our guests. As the trailer set up arrived, I reviewed it and realized I made the incorrect choice of set-up.. I then called Dena immediately, of which time now was of essence. She "MADE IT ALL HAPPEN"!!! She had the first trailer picked up, and the bigger one delivered. Great customer service.......Give her a call for your next portable toilet rental...5 STAR!!!!”

I will certainly refer my friends and family to this location.”

“Marcos Gutierrez and his colleague were sooo helpful in assisting me with my move out. I had flown in the previous day from Europe, and the move out had been scheduled to happen on this particular day, with no room for error. I had lost the key so they had to cut the lock, which was done very quickly and efficiently. Kudos - and my sincere thanks -- to this new team at Extra Space Storage!
