“Storage for my 5th wheel trailer, had a little problem with thieves, but they quickly took care of the problem with an electric fence, no issues after that.... Ms. Catherine and staff are always friendly and helpful..... Was also able to do all repairs that I needed to do... great place a little out of the way and secluded, but highly recommend”
“This place is great for anyone in the Bay Area with a trailer. I had my trailer here for at least 3 years. I never had any issues, the staff always did their best to accommodate my requests (including getting access when I need to get my rig out early or when I was running late) and security was never an issue. The location was great to avoid Bay Area traffic and get to any major freeway. You also can't find better monthly rates!”

“This has been one of the best experiences!!! I started my application online and all I had left to do is pay. A representative called me and confirmed my application & I told her I would like to pay in person she set me an appointment for Monday at 9:30 and sure enough at exactly 9:30am Bobby was there and ready to help me. She was very very nice & funny we laughed for the most part but got everything done that we needed to get done. She even got me a unit right next to the elevator. Thank you again bobby :)”

“Hello public storage today I had the pleasure meeting Cierra at your local on Sunset. I have a unit at another local. First I will start by saying I was upset very sharp and abrupt when I came in. Really frustrated, Cierra greeted me with a smile even while she seen my horns come out. That didn’t matter. As I gave her my issues she went down the line corrected waited and reassured me that she was here to help. And yes she was. Cierra took the time to help me with my online setup. Showed me how to get through the app. And all while she was assisting other customers as they walked in. I am grateful for her patience, professionalism, calm nature and most the greeting with a smile. When I left I told her tell your bosses you a raise, a lunch, some flowers and your pat on the back. I can’t say THANK YOU LOUD ENOUGH.”
