Fraudulent activity going on there. Just be safe when using your credit cards and things of that sort. I was charged two day's straight the day of their opening. I left the city and I was charged twice without being present. They were no help when trying to solve the problem.

im a returning customer as i live just down thwe road from this location and have been a loyal customer for more than 12 years untill july 4th 2022. i was treated like i wasnt even a thot by your cashiers .she was on the phone as i came in and the next few minuts i was at counter as she still was on the phone for aprox. 4-5 min when i asked if i could get some help here. she then told me """I am going through some stuff and im on the phone with my counselor , but i guess since i have to be here i can help you ,really rude . she also got up close and personal with my face whilist saying this . i never ever had this type of service from this store i know wendy the old boss lady she ran this place to treat people well and smile .this little girl needs a talking to shes bad for the company and she dosnt appreciate a job that others are breaking there necks to get . so sad this girl . hope she learns customer service the right way .

Honestly this is a gas station it they are always closing whenever they want to. 9:35 walked up to the door to have a man who didn't even seem to work there cause he wasn't even in his uniform or wearing a mask just for him to look at me like I'm stupid and yell "we're closed" says they close at 12 but this ain't the first time this happened to me or people that I know. The workers literally close whenever they want to it's ridiculous. This is my only complaint, the night crew needs to be written up I haven't had any issues during the day.

They are usually always open. But there was one time when I went there and they were closed. I can't remember why just that the lady said they were not open. It's a big station a lot of variety lots of gas pumps. They are fast so if you are in a rush it's a good place. Their gas pumps are not setup for contactless payments

Horrible experience. I provide professional "in home" consultations for the surrounding community. I was told that I can't use the restroom because homeless people mess it up. It was the way the staff made me feel, I hope no one else has to experience what that was like. Absolutely humiliating. I will NEVER forget the way they made me feel, the location, management and the company that employed them.

Station #9 with the incredibly sticky floor. I had a quarter tank full and put an additional $30.00 worth of regular gas in from this Shell. $30.00 at current price usually gives me half a tank of gas. My gas reading should have gone up to 3/4 tank or at least above half a tank. I drive about 30 minutes and was shocked to find that I only had a little over 1 quarter tank of gas. Needless to say I will be getting my gas at Safeway from now on. Something is wrong with this place.

I come here for convenience and every time I come here there pumps are broke they don't accept debit card don't accept car wash this place is more of an inconvenience as I type this the car wash just broke
