I don't usually take the time/effort to write reviews but I had the best experience ever with a T-Mobile (Antioch) store today! We have been Sprint/T-Mobile customers for years and I have always dreaded having to go into the store or over the phone for fear of walking out having been pushed to get more than I wanted and/or not having my issue resolved. Not this time, between Adrian in store and Alex over the phone, I was well taken care of. They understood my issues and went over and above to rectify my problems. Thank you Adrian and Alex!

Vanessa was great and was so patient with me. I didn't have to wait at all everybody was very friendly and helpful. Went in the next day to hook up my auto pay and Paul was very friendly and very helpful great job

I had an issue that 2hrs on the phone with customer care couldn't solve, customer care suggested I go to the T-Mobile store. The in store rep I got was Luis. Luis was great he went out of his way to solve our problem when nobody else could! Grateful to him and the time he spent helping us. Thanks Luis!

I needed to have my phones transferred from Sprint to T-Mobile. The individuals helped in switching/installing new sim cards and activating my phones as well. The entire process only took about 20 minutes.

So I needed to replace my phone fast because it was stolen. The staff at this location was awesome, supper friendly & very helpful. They got me my phone quick and help me with making sure my lost device was clean of all my personal information. A special thanks to Gerson!!

I had an issue with my Flip Z and was told to go here as it was a corporate store. While I didn't get my issue solved, the staff here were super helpful and were patient. That's why I gave this 5 stars.

My sister and I visited today to add me to her plan and ask about internet for our home. Not only was the experience seamless, the salesman was so kind. Shout out to Sheek (spelling?) who took care of everything and made sure we got the best deal. We want to give extra kudos to him because we are both spending less per month than we were before for two lines and high speed internet.

??♂️Brian, which is the store manager greeted ?️me as soon as I walked?? into the store he introduced me to his associate ??♂️Adrian who was very helpful and knowledgeable? and talked me into switching Services from Xfinity mobile? to T-Mobile? I got a better deal with them for a ???lower price. I want to ??thank Brian and Adrian for making me their priority . I even had to wait another day for my phone to unlock?? to trade it in and they held the phone that I want it for me something he didn’t have to do. This is what you call great? customer service they went ?above and beyond for me ??♀️to make sure I was a happy ??customer. I highly recommend going to this particular store. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks Guys!!! ??

Before heading out to Best Buy to get your new phone on, I implore you to check out T-Mobile for better deals if you are with this carrier. I was already committed on getting a mid-tier phone at Best Buy but fortunately they were out of stock. We went to T-Mobile and had the same phone for free. Even better, our guy suggested upgrading to a Google Pixle 6 at no cost. Our expreiemce was seamless and our guys was equally happy my daughter is getting her first phone.
