This Target has gone so for down hill I don't know if its savable. This was your 3rd strike from me. 3 weeks ago I went to the store to get a desk lamp. The first thing I notice is the filth right when you walk in the door. Garbage on the floor the cart full of debris and super sticky floor. I went to the lamp section picked a lamp and went to check out. Only 2 lanes open and one self check that had a line past the entrance. Strike 2 Went with my daughter 2 Saturdays ago. The homeless were standing in front side of the door aggressively pacing and walking into the street and back. We were looking for a few items. The store was just as dirty. I went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. The garbage was overflowing, no toilet paper people had used paper towels. Sinks were gross. I wanted to take pictures to send you it was obvious no one had cleaned in there most of the day. Once again only a few lines open and the self checkout backed up down the isle. Today was the 3rd strike. I stopped in to get my cleaning supplies I parked and started to go towards the door. There were 5 people doing drugs right there in front of the building. There was an employee out front and older lady and myself had to go around the druggies. When we cut though the parking lot 2 of the people who were in that group started walking angerly towards people in the parking lot. The older lady advised the employee this was happening, he could see it happening also. He told her there is nothing they can do this is Antioch. I still went in and got my cleaning supplies But this will be the last time. Please get security that can do something. We don't want to put employee's at risk and your customer's in danger. Possibly hiring a cleaning company. Please my suggestions.

I was just at the Brentwood target and it was crazy only two cashier's and one of the side of self check out open with lines all the way down the aisles with them having no back up cashier's available I waited in line for 20 minutes to check out the cashier said that target had cut the employee hours I do not understand why you would do that on a holiday weekend and if you close self check out wouldn't you make sure you are staffed with cashier's and back up cashier's so you can get your sales the way it was today was not a great way to run a business and usually when I shop here there is always a abundance of cashier's or back ups bring back your employees

I made a drive up order at noon. I went to the store at 3 thinking my order would be ready. I first went to best buy I even called to check on my order the lady said they were 2 hours behind. I went inside target its now 4 I asked to speak to a manager. The lady I talked to said she was a supervisor ant that my order might not even be ready today. She offered me a ten dollar gift card for the trouble. I'm also handicapped. She got a new person to help me grab my item I basically did it all myself. It's only supposed to take 2 hours. There excuse is it's super bowl weekend. Super bowl was Sunday its Wednesday terrible target terrible customer service update I'm home now its 5 pm and the app is telling me my order is ready and I'm currently unable to cancel it

I rarely shop at Target and tonight was a perfect example of why I rarely do. Made an online order for a netgear router/ modem. Said it would be ready in two hours. Waited an hour, no response if it was ready or didn't have the product. Came in at 915 to ask if it was going to be ready before the store closed. Nikolas wasn't much help. Another gentleman had also asked about an order he made and Nikolas's response was oh it's not ready yet. Didn't even try to go above and beyond by offering to see what the status of the order was. He told us you could see if it's on the floor and if it isn't you can cancel the order. That irritated me. We went to check to see if the netgear we had ordered was in stock and it wasn't. It was even more frustrating to know we ordered something that wasn't even on the floor. No one was around to help us out. We canceled our order and left the store. Target hire people who want to go above and beyond for their customers. Not give lazy responses and don't want to do their jobs!! This is why I prefer Best Buy over your store when it comes to electronics! And better customer service!

The drive system is perfect for me because I can just pull up after a long day of work and just grab my needs and continue home without spending anymore time then needed searching the store

I didn't go inside the store. I purchased online and picked it up outside the store. The service was excellent. I haven't been inside the store in years.

I don’t understand. 2 check out open. 20plus people in each line and self check out looked like twice that many customers. Management looks at the registers and giggle and keep walking. Um 10differwnt employees walking around not doing anything. Can anyone run a register? Took an hour to check out with one item.

This is my closest Target so it's this or drive further. Due to many goods being behind locked cabinets, it's not the most pleasant or easy shopping experience. I like to take my time and look at items, but because I have to wait for someone to unlock the cabinets, I then feel rushed to make a selection. To top it off, there's not always someone around to assist. It's just not an enjoyable shopping experience. I will say their front register staff are always pleasant and friendly, while being understaffed. They never have enough lanes open but the cashiers work hard to quickly move the lines. Plenty of parking and relatively clean store. It's just not the fun target shopping experience I've enjoyed at other locations. Coming here feels like a chore.

It's almost impossible to find employees to open the locked cabinets. I understand that theft is high, but there's never enough employees around for help. Mimi in self checkout is the most amazing employee. She's the only reason I gave a 2 star. Give that woman a raise! She takes her job seriously and you can tell that she cares!
