Target Drive Up is the bomb. Being able to purchase through the app and pick up in a timely manner is amazing. Especially when you don't wanna drag your kids into the store. Drive Up is the MVP!

I love this target! I always thought it's clean and organized. Some personal items are locked, but I know there must be a reason for it, no complaints. If ever I need something from the glass cabinets, I could most often then not, gets helped. But I want to give a shoutout to whoever is in charge of their music, for the amazing playlist! Good taste! I've heard The Postal service being played here, a little bit of Mr. Brightside and some early 2000's sounds! I just had a knock off a star because their stocks are a hit or miss, especially with diapers. I had to either run to another store because it's out of stock. Other than thT, I enjoy going here!

So sad what used to be a simple pleasure leisurely shopping at target is no more. They have so much locked in glass cases that is practically impossible to shop there. I don't have an extra 1/2 hr to wait for someone with a key to unlock Flipping toothpaste or body wash They have more locked up than walmart. I guess i'll be doing even more of my shopping on amazon now so sad.

This store is always clean and organized, which makes physically being in the building a pleasant experience. However, that's where the pleasantness ends. The employees have never been all that friendly at this location, but I typically just shrug it off. Last night though, it was especially bad.My daughter sent me for a pair of sweatpants that she can wear during PE, because the recent rainy weather is making it too chilly for shorts. I haven't done much shopping here since they remodeled, so I didn't know where the women's activewear section was. I kept assuming it would be with all the other ladies clothing and kept circling round and around, getting kind of frustrated. A lady in a red shirt passed by and I asked her if she worked there. She said yes, but right after, she dismissively added - "but this isn't my section," and tried to walk away. I told her I just needed to know where the ladies activewear was and she vaguely waved to around the corner, where the bras were.I went around the corner and found a lady stocking bras. I politely asked her where the ladies activewear was, but she wouldn't even look at me or verbally acknowledge me in any way. She just impatiently pointed behind her, still not looking at me, her expression clearly annoyed. I then realized I'd missed the section I'd been looking for because it was across the way, not right with the other Women's clothing, like I'd been expecting.Yeah, it was kinda silly that I'd walked past it several times without realizing it, but hey, I don't know a single soul alive that can claim they've never done that sort of thing. Everyone misses obvious things now and again. She could have at least looked me in the eye and told me I had missed it. Even after I thanked her, despite her rudeness, she still said nothing. Refusing to acknowledge someone is the worst kind of rude, IMO. It's because of that kind of dismissive, "I'm annoyed you even exist," behavior that I will only shop at this location when I can't find what I need anywhere else. I'll try literally every other place in town first.

Wow lots have changed with Target within 11 years of my last review!! New update with everything hygiene related is now behind locked glass. Face wash, face cream, soap, detergent etc At first I thought it was a sliding door to keep things neat but it's locked and you need to call for someone (there is a call button) for a Target team member to open. I imagine that this is going to get old fast. Gone are the days where we read the back of the product to see if it was right for us and held it in our hands. Team member is standing next to you with other patrons waiting their turn to point for their item. Better hurry up! I realize this is the new way in stores that are compromised daily with theft and homelessness. So sad! Other than that this is a nice Target and I do have to say the Team members work hard and are friendly. Most Items appear to be stocked. Forget about the makeup section it's been picked over so many times that probably one lipstick is available. I will still make my Twice yearly trek in the early AM hours but Amazon is becoming my fave. Tip: wear earbuds for a pleasant shopping experience. It gets loud in Target lots of families and kids screaming. Lovely day! ;)

I love, love, love This Target on Lonetree. We always come for one or two things and come out with 20 items. It never fails. I always find what I need. Whether it's grocery items, cleaning or beauty products and clothing. I love Target clothes and shoes. You can also find things like indoor/outdoor furniture, rugs, lamps and more!!! They need a bit of improvement on customer service though. I can't seem to find anyone for help but I always find things myself so it's all good! Maybe they'll get that 5th star next time!!!

Very helpful associates. Big, clean store--easy to navigate. Online pickup was smooth and quick. They were out of some items so will need to make another trip.

I just had a great experience here. Still little to no formula I looked and the pouches are fairly scarce but, the customer service was awesome! I was waiting in line and Jasper walked up to me encouraging me to use self check out. I explained that I felt bad because I had so many pouches (I buy for 2 babies) that I didn't want to hold up the self check out line so he ensured me someone would help and sure enough this lady helped me scan them all while I bagged them, paid for them and left! I always get so much anxiety holding people up and for once I felt none it was amazing.

Placed an order online for an item. The app did not give the option to buy the additional extended warranty. When I got to the customer service desk I asked if I could still purchase it. The associate said yes. While the associate was very friendly they did not inform me that even after doing a return and repurchasing the item with the included extended warranty that agreement between Target and CC companies like visa and Mastercard is that they will place a hold on those funds not 3 days but 7 days. So I called the store and a different associate informed that it was 3 days... I call corporate customer service and they now tell me I was misinformed and that it's 7 days so I won't get my money until 3/21/22. This definitely makes me think twice on weather I want to purchase at target online or in store.

This review is in regards to my order pick up. Associate who filled my order failed to realize my order was missing FOUR CASES of water and when I told her they were clearly missing, she checked and came back out to tell me she could not provide these items nor replace them with any other items and to just request a refund in the app as she didn't not have time to do this since she had other customer to attend to and everyone else went home for the day. I found that extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I let it go and decided to go home without the waters but upon checking my items found that I was given the wrong color hair dye (ordered black and received brown) wrong color eyebrow pencil, was missing two cosmetics (eyeliner and concealer). And was charged for all of it. So I then requested a refund for these items as well and what was supposed to be a "convenient and safe" service is actually going to turn into another trip back to target to get the correct items. I used this service as I have a child and didn't want to bring her into the store and for efficiency and convenience. But if this service is taking my time and money and failing to even provide items that were paid for that is unlawful. These employees need to be retrained and removed from filling orders if they cannot select the paid items correctly.

Just a normal target nothing special. Theres a lot of pickpockets that seem to come here because if you walk through different isles of the stores you'll see open packages, i.e toys, electronics, food. Just makes it less appealing to come here as a customer, rather go somewhere like San Ramon, even if its further out of the way cause their store is very clean and neat compared to the one out here

I was just at this Target. First, inside: the "personal shoppers" are everywhere, blocking aisles, running into "real" customer's carts, etc. Also, is it really necessary to cram everything into a couple of bags that makes them too heavy to lift? And why can't the clerks put the bags in my cart? They do at every other store I shop at. And why no paper bags so they can be recycled? Second, outside: the parking lot is a nightmare ever since they allocated SO many spaces for people who can't or don't want to go in and shop. There are fewer handicap spots now and the cart return isn't close, so it almost makes using a handicap spot more trouble. Today another woman and I almost got run over by one of the people backing out of the "pick up" spots. They are pulling in and out of the spots so fast, that someone is going to get hurt. Those spots should be moved around the corner where the garden area was located and handicap spots returned. I'm pretty close to just giving up on this store. It seems their customer service only applies to people picking up their orders rather than the rest of us who prefer to do our own shopping.

There is a reason we don't shop at Walmart and one of those reasons is that they like to check your receipts on the way out. Personally I think it's tacky and almost disrespectful to those of us that work for their money. So how come after a $400 purchase, was I stopped at the door and asked to provide a receipt??? Is it because I'm off today and am in a hoodie instead of one of my suits I wear to the company I run? Perhaps it's because my wife and I are both Brown? I don't know but what I do know is singling people out that you don't have on camera stealing things is a risky line. What I do know is I would rather give just about anyone my business from here out other then this target.
