The staff there understand that they are in the customer service business. Apollo and Mauricio were very attentive and helpful. Mauricio was why I came back. Now Apollo will be why I return!

If I could zero stars I would . It takes multiple employees just to help one person and that takes forever . The staff is rude as hell when you address an issue . Their printers ink is like they haven’t changed it in years and it’s holding on the last drop of ink . Nothing they print is accurate and the are overly expensive to the point it’s crazy

Mauricio went above and beyond to help me out with an issue regarding my package I just shipped out. He was friendly, quick to come up with a solution and knowledgeable about all services I asked about. I have dropped off multiple items at this UPS store and never had an issue.

Don’t trust this location to get your package out in time. I dropped off a few 2day air packages scan them at the kiosk and got receipt. Dropped them in the box before pick up and they never went out. Poor service your best to go to a mail center and drop off your package to guarantee that it goes out timely. This location doesn’t care even though they the only one locally with late pick up and they still can’t get your package out in time.

I went to drop off the Amazon returns and the kiosk was not working. So I had to wait in line for drop off at the counter. The female agent named L. Ruiz was with a customer at the counter and I was next. There was another male agent helping another customer at the table for something else like notary. I was the only one next in line and it took Ruiz more than 25 minutes to help the customer at the counter.who was just mailing a box. It seemed that two agents were purposely taking their time on their customer at hand so that they could avoid the next customer. They were waiting on each other to do the job. No team work whatsoever nor communication between them. After waiting for nearly half an hour for one customer, I was called. Ruiz was not helping at all. She was inefficient, ineffective, and rude.

Don't go to this UPS store. I will never ever ever go back to this location, nor recommend anyone to this ups store. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Brentwood locations where they treat you with respect and dignity.

went to drop off my already label packages been for years the owner was very rude!!!! made me stand there while he spoke very rudely to an employee for mins..He told me tape is $4.50 for a small box I've never been charged for a piece of tape!! He was so aggressive and rude!! I will never be back!! I will take the drive elsewhere as long as he's not the owner!! This only gets a star because Google makes you!!!

I am posting this because I just saw a UPS commercial and I wanted to clarify this location is not THE shipping store. I am shipped from this location numerous times and have never had any problems. I walked in recently and when I arrived, thinking I was handing my Amazon return over for them to pack, label, and give me a receipt. No, this time was different. I was told to follow directions and go to a table with bags and labels. I didn't come to a UPS store for me to do all the packing, labeling and then hand it over. I am not coming to this store if I am doing your job. I will drive to a UPS store that gives me the service that I want, I want someone to pack, label, and give me the receipt. Sorry, I really did enjoy coming here.

I have been to this store multiple times for notary and package delivery. Friendly staff and felt welcomed. Services were great.

Probably won’t go back here again after today. I don’t appreciate being called a name to my face after I apologized for my own frustration and following the directions of my previous UPS interaction for Amazon returns, and the Amazon return itself.

The old man (owner) doesn't know what the heck he's doing and is rude and money hungry, tried to make me pay something that was prepaid then tried to make me buy tape and a new box when it clearly said my box was prepaid... Needs to learn how to run a business.
