When I entered there was no line and I was politely greeted. I needed a notary and I was served quickly and efficiently by Mauricio. He was kind and professional.

This UPS store Manager: Gabriel Ngozi Chilaka charged me $5.00 dollar to scan one document to my email. FedEx charges about $1.26 per page. What a rip-off. Never going back there.

The attendant was very helpful and nice at this location. She offered to tape my box to reinforce it for the journey back. It was easy to make my return from an online purchase that didn't work out.

I would give this store 0 stars if it were possible. Coming to the store, which was my mistake. I came back due to the convenience of the area I was in. Both visits have not been pleasant. but let me focus this review solely on today. I came in to make a copy of my ID in black and white. The clerk makes the copy for me, but does so on the darkest setting possible. Needless to say, you could not see my face except for my eyes and mouth. I asked to see the copy before purchasing. The man, was hesitant, but showed me. I explained to him that I needed a new copy because the one he had made was too dark. He explained to me that I asked for a black and white and that's how they come out. I have experience with copiers being an Admin Assistant, so I know how to adjust the settings for black and white copies of ID's. I explained to him that the brightness and darkness could be adjusted and he told me no, that he needed to ask his manager. I told him if he couldn't do it, not to worry and I can go somewhere else, but he ignored me and goes to the manager. The manager said the same thing he did. I explained again that I have experience with copiers and told him that it could be adjusted. As I apologize to the customer the manager was helping for interrupting her service, The manager immediately got up and told me to calm down. He adjusts the brightness to the brightest setting and is about to make a copy, when I look over it and I told him that it's too bright and needs to be darkened a bit more. The manager says no and continues to talk over me. At that point I let him know that I was just going to go somewhere else to make my copy and reach out to grab my ID. The manager does not release my ID, and instead holds on to it tighter so I could not take it. I ended up having to pull it pretty hard for it to slip out of his hand because he was not giving it back. That behavior is completely unacceptable. How are you refusing yo give me back my ID with my personal information on it. Horrible customer service. They need better employees and management. Also a few trainings on customer services and how their equipment works would help.

The owner of the store is not friendly at all. Also this location is not full service like many other UPS STORES they wld not take a small box for USPS to take, they only take things in envelopes never heard of that! They get 2 stars because the employee gave me great customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

I've been coming here for almost two years and have had such pleasant experiences with the workers. I've never had issues until tonight when dealing with the owner. I am taken back by how RUDE he was. I made two trips to have my packages sent back because he told me Two QR codes cannot have one package. All he had to do was scan it but he insisted I leave and repackage my items and come back. So I did that. Came back and he told me again I had to fix my items to only have one Package because the QR code was the same!!!!! He completely dismissed that he was wrong and was condescending! I cannot believe how he treated me, like I was garbage and had no clue what I was doing because of his mistake. I will not go back here and tolerate his behavior. I'm going to pray for him, that someone brings him some peace so he doesn't have to be so damn mean.

My wife and I both frequent this location since moving to Antioch. The representatives are very professional and helpful. The store is also very clean and the owner is a fantastic guy. We will always support this business as long as the owner and staff remain in place. Thank you!

I always dreaded going to any ups store until I discovered this location. There is never a line, the staff is always helpful and friendly, plenty of parking; great store all around. Whoever manages this place is doing an awesome job!

DONT BRING YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE! I brought in a return and it never made it back to amazon. I never got my refund. Drive further and go to Kohls! I was helped my the Asian gentlemen whom was very busy but maybe you shouldn't multi task if you don't know how to. I'm out $30. Such a waste of time.

Very friendly service. Have come in here multiple times for drop offs and they are pleasant and have great customer service. My husband also comes here and says they always have great attitudes and they know him by name.

I went to the store to get passport pictures for my parents. Great people with great attitude. The manager and all the employees are very patient and very friendly. The management has a great sense of humor which makes this location a fun place to go. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place to all my friends.
