Me and my wife were chain shopping recently and went into Sam's Jewelers and Ron's Jewelers (same people, as well as the kiosk in the mall in Antioch) to look at what they had. I liked a 1900 dollar Franco 10k chain and ended up buying it. Took it to get appraised, AND IT WAS FAKE GOLD... WE WENT BACK TO SPEAK WITH RON ABOUT THE ISSUE AND HE QUICKLY GAVE ME ANOTHER CHAIN and apologized, but said the new chain was real solid gold and 51 grams as opposed to the 42 gram previous chain. Went back to have the chain appraised same day, and it was barely real hollow gold with probably "a gold content less than 10k" is what the appraiser, Rio Gold Buyers, Brentwood told me. I then went back again and demanded a full refund of my money and asked why did they tell me it was solid or sturdy when it was hollow and nearly fake. They tried to offer me a REAL GOLD CHAIN AT THAT POINT FOR 4000 DOLLARS. YES $4000.I GLADLY TOOK MY MONEY AND WENT TO PLEASENT HILL JEWELRY EXCHANGE AND GOT A HELLA DOPE DEAL VERY FAIRLY PRICED...PLEASE EXAMINE WHAT YOU BUY FROM THEM CLOSELY AS THEY ARE MIMMICKS AND FRAUDS.. NOT TRUE TO LIFE FRANCO,CUBAN LINK OR ANYTHING....AND THERE ARE NO JEWELRS IN OR GOLD TEST KITS ON SITE..LIKE WTF??
