Would leave zero stars if I could. Feels like you're walking back into the 80's when you walk in. Customer service is terrible and coworkers there obviously can't stand each other just based off how they interact with each other. This bank need to adapt with the times and get rid of the tall old lady with glasses that makes everybody want to bank elsewhere.

I used to come home from work around 245 to 3am... One night while making a left on to Davidson, I noticed someone with long hair on a brown horse, brown saddle and all . It was a quick second , had to focus on the road. I tried to convince myself that it might’ve been an officer on patrol on a horse but I’ve never seen APD on horseback’s at 3 am. . I’m not crazy I know what I saw.

I went to this bank with my fiancé and used the atm. The atm didn't dispense the cash. He saw an employee passing by and told her what happened. The employee stated to him that they didn't permit people inside the branch who had on hats or sunglasses. He had a hat on and she left him standing outside while she went in. They eventually let him inside. They told him that they were aware the ATM had been malfunctioning ??? We had to go home, write a letter of dispute, then drive to a business to have the letter faxed. Who knows if we will ever get the $200 back. After using the machine a message came up that basically stating that the transaction couldn't be completed, however the receipt reflected that the money was deducted from the account. I cannot understand why they would knowingly keep the malfunctioning ATM in service especially, if they know that they cannot remedy money issues that may arise from a customer using the machine. When this situation happens, you have to call your bank and they will investigate the claim by inquiring about a bank count and reviewing surveillance tapes. That's all fine and well if you can afford to wait for your money for 7-10 business days. And the hat that the employee was referring to was my fiancé's religious crown. I doubt that they would make a nun stand outside just because she had on her religious coif. THE NERVE!!!!

I've been with these guys (ladies actually) since they opened the doors nearly 9 years ago. Need I say more? It's one place you're sure to feel right at home when you walk in the doors and everyone says hello to you using your first name.
