I just used the ATM. It's convenient because it's inside a grocery store. They do charge a fee if you aren't a customer of their bank but my credit union always gives me back any fees I am charged when I use ATMs that aren't my branch. It's a fast machine.

I came to deposit my tax refund which was issued in my name and my spouse. We were both present , and felt discriminated. The manager, Jesse, was starring at us from head to toe , and proceeded to say no when I explained she was my spouse. I have been with the same bank since 2013 and have never had this issue. I spoke to customer service and they advised to call the branch as they can accommodate the transaction , when I explained this to the manager he confirmed he was making the executive decision of declining this transaction due to bad experiences in the past, stated 3rd party checks are not reliable. This is my tax refund. I didn't know a person holds that much power for such a big name bank. I feel disappointed and since it's the branch within a 50 mile radius, a little helpless.

Great service and always friendly staff. Plus close to my house. Everybody is so impatient. But only if you had your stuff in order you wouldnt have this problem with staff. Stop blaming the staff for everything. Get yourselves together.

very surprised by low yelp ratings, my 1st time here, I was using the ATM machine in the beginning but later seeking a real person's help, my services was provided by Mr.Mike M. who was super friendly also more than professional, he showed positive energies during the entire service period, make me feel- banking with US Bank was a good choice. yes, i 100% recommended this location.

I've been a customer for over 20years and the service I received in the last month is beyond sad and unacceptable. I filed a dispute with USBank in April 2021, regarding a withdrawal that I make however somehow the branch took the withdrawal out twice in error I filled a claim in April and the claim was resolved, however 1 month later the bank reversed the claim without telling me and caused my saving account to be overdrawn. I called the 1800 number in April to discuss the issue and was told a manager will call within 2-3 days; no call. I called again May 25th 2021 to try again to resolve the issue and was promised a call back in 2 days again (spoke with(Shanda) no call back. I called for the 3rd time today June 3rd and once again I was bounced around from the number I was given (1800-254-9874) with no resolution, I was on the phone for over an hour. My problem is still not resolved and this has been going on since April and as of yet I have not received a call back....I even have a tracking dispute # 091167H6G0C0 So as a bank customer for over 20 years and still horrible customer service, how do you think they will treat a new customer.....So if customer service is important to you DON'T waste your time applying for any type of account with US Bank, the service is HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. And yes I will be closing my account ASAP.

I should've known better after seeing the reviews to go here but I needed to cash a cashier's check and this was the closest branch from my house. I've never experience such crappy service. Never have I ever heard that I cannot cash a cashier's check- I've been banking with US Bank for 15+ years and I've also worked for US Bank while I was in college. So for this idiot branch manager to tell me he cannot cash my cashier's check is complete BS! I was told because my account doesn't have as much funds as the cashier's check - he needed to place a hold on it. I told him that's not true- my account HAS had a large balance before but I always transfer the funds out. I mean come on who keeps a large balance in their checking account these days that's linked to a debit card that can easily be lost/stolen/copied? I've had fraudulent activity happen in the past, and US Bank didn't even catch it and so I NEVER keep a high balance anymore. So therefore my cashier's check cannot be cashed and must be put on hold? Complete crap. HORRIBLE manager. Please don't ever step foot inside this branch unless you want to be treated like crap.

The ATM is alwayts ou of order. Service is slow and standing in line an hour or longer is a distinct possibility, especially on Sunday. Plus you can't transfer money from one bank to your US Bank account; you have to go through Zelle or Venmo. What a piece of crap policy.

They are not clear about there guide lines at all everything is word play basically. I just opened an account last Tuesday. Needless to say I'm going in tomorrow to close that account the worst banking experience I have had in a long time. S*** Wells Fargo is even better then them, and that's saying a lot given the fact that I was one of the many people that wells Fargo had messed over. DO NOT open an account here unless you want to be feed lies.

Was told a 2 day hold with paperwork to say the same. Ended up being a 10 day hold on a local check. This time and day it doesn’t take 10 days for a check to clear. Customer service or this Antioch branch NO help at all. The manager Jesse or district manager Patrick Parson won’t return my call. No one is in the position to make Decisions. This teller bhad the line held up 4 customers back! There was no one else in the branch! We have been standing here while he and the lady chit chat and go through her account line for line!! This is utterly ridiculous especially if he is the only teller working! Everyone has to tend to the rest of their working day!! We do not enzymes to come in branch and have to wait a thousands hours just to get service! I am VERY AGGRAVATED AND UPSET about this in store experience

Disappointed. I came to open a Business account at 2:20 pm and no one was there to help me, apparently on lunch. This is fine, people need to eat...I told the teller I would run some errands and come back in a while, and he advised me to call before I return and ask for (name excluded from this review). I called and the person I spoke with said he/she is still at lunch, so I stopped one more place and then returned to the bank around 3:10 pm, not so much expecting they would be back from lunch yet, but expecting to wait until they return from lunch. Come to find out the person out to lunch was not expected to return at all. Mind you...it is Monday afternoon. You better believe...I will never open a Business or Personal bank account with this bank.
