How do I say this without sounding too excited not having to deal with humans LOL learned how to use the kiosk to make my label and was able to ship my package in less than 5 minutes not having to wait in line is a relief being able to just scan my QR code Stick it to my package and drop it in the slot LOL was Pure Heaven and it makes me want to do all my shipping just like that. Thank you for making it so much easier for us.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Misdelivered Mail and Medications
Dear Antioch Post office,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding repeated mail delivery issues at the [your street/neighborhood] area in Antioch. On multiple occasions, mail — including important personal items and life-saving medications — has been delivered to the wrong mailboxes.
This is not a one-time mistake; it’s a recurring issue that poses a serious risk, especially when critical medications are involved. In addition, neighbors frequently receive mail that does not belong to them, creating confusion and inconvenience for everyone.
These errors are not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous. I respectfully request that immediate action be taken to ensure that:
1. Mail is carefully and correctly sorted.
2. Delivery personnel double-check addresses before placing mail in boxes.
3. A supervisor reviews recent delivery practices in our area to prevent further mistakes.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I am available to provide further information if needed.
Sincerely
Antioch residents

I feel like they do not have good customer service. they should work on that. I understand if you're busy and don't have enough employees for the day but don't take ts out on the customers. I worked multiple customer service jobs too and I realized when I did not want to deal with ppl in that way. maybe it was just today tho idk. and we're (customers) not making nobody work there, if you don't wanna deal with the ppl, don't get a customer service job. it's sm jobs they can do without dealing with ppl. they really 🍑 and I see why this location got 2 stars. I wasn't even trippin about the reviews, I seen it after. I just needed get to a USPS before they closed.

Have had multiple issues with this place, they never held my mail when I put a hold on it, getting a package stolen because of it. And unable to get ahold of a live person after calling about 10 times every hour hoping someone could answer. Unable to come in person and the website isn't able to process my request and the automated assistant can't do anything. Need a live person

Probably the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Racist too. I now have to go out of town to use the post office.

Part of my job is to deliver letters every single day and when I have to go drop them off, I know for a fact, they don’t like it, which is fine. I don’t really care but every single day they make up new rules and try to make it more frustrating than it has to be every single time. They always make some comment about how I should’ve drop them off earlier or how I should include boxes or no boxes. They are never satisfied and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope a supervisor sees this and is ashamed of how they’re running that place because it’s a joke. Every single time I go there a new employee tells me a new set of rules. I have to follow and then they get upset.

Oakley postoffice: Such a horrible people work there. And don't know what they are talking about or doing. Only one person was truly helpful and amazing. The supervisor older lady threatened me several times. I've never been so disgusted. I was trying to just get a little help because mail was being stolen my parents were not home. And they looked at me like I could buy a lock box, get a po box. I couldn't do that I was unemployed at the time. Lied to me and threatened me. The old lady supervisor kept yelling at me saying I can take ur parents house permitly off route so you'll never get mail again. I work in retail. I have for 12 years. I wasn't rude or hostile I calmly explained my situation to her and she didn't care. Just kept threatening me and trying to brow beat me. Luckily she could do nothing with out consent. And I couldn't give it because not my house, it's my parents. And I want my dam mail. I waited over a week to do this review just to calm down. And I'm still horrified with how I was treated.

The lady who helped was so rude and belittling. It was my first time sending in a package so I asked her for help and she gave me the biggest attitude not explaining anything just saying I should know how to do this and it is not that hard. When I went to pay she acted like I was stupid and kept telling me how to insert my card and what to press with the most condescending tone ever. I went to my car and cried.

Most of the employee treat people horribly! They tried to over charge me before and I went to the Brentwood post office and found out that my packages were much cheaper to ship! They always behave very angry and aggressive toward some of the customers. Such a shame!! Will never ever go there again.

I am now working with our local Congressman to resolve issues. Employees and managers act like criminals. Postmaster hides in the back. Let’s the inmates run the alyssum. If you have issues do not on site or call the 1-800 number. Go straight to your Congressman. The office of the Congressman, told me that there are so many complaints for Antioch…. They have a team handling them. Be careful. They will hold and tamper with your mail…. For no reason. They complain that too much mail is getting dropped off. They rigged all of the local drop boxes… and made it impossible to drop off mail quickly and no hassle. They’re forcing everyone to drop off the mail at the post office. And everyone that works there is nuts.
