The lady who helped was so rude and belittling. It was my first time sending in a package so I asked her for help and she gave me the biggest attitude not explaining anything just saying I should know how to do this and it is not that hard. When I went to pay she acted like I was stupid and kept telling me how to insert my card and what to press with the most condescending tone ever. I went to my car and cried.

Most of the employee treat people horribly! They tried to over charge me before and I went to the Brentwood post office and found out that my packages were much cheaper to ship! They always behave very angry and aggressive toward some of the customers. Such a shame!! Will never ever go there again.

I am now working with our local Congressman to resolve issues. Employees and managers act like criminals. Postmaster hides in the back. Let’s the inmates run the alyssum. If you have issues do not on site or call the 1-800 number. Go straight to your Congressman. The office of the Congressman, told me that there are so many complaints for Antioch…. They have a team handling them. Be careful. They will hold and tamper with your mail…. For no reason. They complain that too much mail is getting dropped off. They rigged all of the local drop boxes… and made it impossible to drop off mail quickly and no hassle. They’re forcing everyone to drop off the mail at the post office. And everyone that works there is nuts.

02/ 07/ 2024 How can there be so incompent people working at this office. Not to be racist or anything but the African American Lady (Deedra) is so unhelpful when you ask for information, so she clearly doesnt know anything, and on top of all that she is extremely rude when you ask for information. Only reason im in this office is because I want to get my passport. And honestly not in the mood to be screamed at by by some fustrated lady. She wasnt just rude to me she was very rude to my mom and I just stud there holding my anger towards this woman who is complety useless, clearly just a narsisistic person who tries to bully people for the little power they held.

I visited the Antioch mail office and sought assistance on how to send a letter. Unfortunately, the lady I approached was unhelpful and treated me disrespectfully when I asked for assistance. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. As a Latino customer seeking guidance, I expected better service. It's disappointing to receive such treatment when simply asking for help. Discrimination has no place in customer service, and I hope the staff can address this issue and improve their approach to serving all customers equally in the future.

I have been using this particular postal office for a few years now for a PO Box. Where I live, the mail is not secure enough, but I got it mostly for packages to ensure that anything that would be delivered. Would be safe. Initially, it was great because if I got a package that was too large for my postal box, they would use their lockers and place a key in my PO Box for me to get my package. I live in the area but I don’t work in the area so they’re typically closed When I get home from work and need to pick up something so these lockers were great. Over the last couple of years, the fees have gone up to be able to have a PO Box as to be expected because everything is going up, but they no longer use the lockers. I feel like I’m not getting the full service that I paid for. I was told that they were having issues with break-ins but it’s taken 2+ years for them to do anything about it. Or actually to say they haven’t done anything about it. I feel like if they’re offering a service with your PO Box subscription and part of that service is no longer provided than your fees should not be as much as they are. It’s really frustrating when you voice your opinion, and it falls on deaf ears. There’s no resolution and there doesn’t seem to be any concern for the customer.I will say when I have had to go to the counters, I have not had personal negative interactions really with anyone. There’s been one person who I guess it was just a bad day because any other time I interacted with him he was courteous. I will say I have witnessed a couple of Representatives be a little snarky with customers. But everybody has their days ??♀️

Because someone made a mistake, my package was sent to a different state and never returned back. When I went to ask if there’s any chance to get it back they gave me such an attitude, like it was my fault. Overall service is very poor.

I visited the Antioch post office on Tregallas this afternoon. Based upon other reviews people have left on this site regarding the female clerks of a certain ethnicity working at this location, I can clearly see now that I am not alone in my negative assessment of these women employees working at the front counter. They seem to think that they have their own classless, tacky and unprofessional ethnic dynasty going on here in this office. It's my aim to expose their actions to their supervisors and put an end to their unprofessional behavior. Here's what I experienced this afternoon:RANT. I've never seen nor experienced such arrogant and rude clerks as are working at the front counter of the Antioch post office. Alternately, it must be noted that the Latina and Latino workers were professional, helpful and nice, however. These pompous byotches even had the gall and lack of class to deride and laugh loudly at me as I exited the post office this afternoon. Rest assured, I WILL be filing a formal complaint against these women.I'll also be getting a post office box because daily mail delivery service in this city is so lousy and unpredictable. I didn't receive ANY of my daily scheduled mail for either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and then, when I realized when today's mail (Thursday) arrived okay but that I had still failed to receive my earlier mail, I then had to go IN PERSON to the post office to claim it. Even at that, I'm still missing Tuesday's scheduled mail! Not at all happy with the way the Antioch post office is being run.?

I hate writing negative things... I have compassion for anyone that works in customer service AND understand that we don't always know what people are going thru. But I have now experienced 2 rude interactions that were uncalled for. One employee told me that I was making her day longer and she would need to go to the liquor store after this. I mean... for what?!? ??♀️ I'm just trying to get passports for myself and kids. Someone can't explain details without throwing in side comments about how we're idiots and haven't read anything?? How does that help anyone? If someone is genuinely needing some understanding, why be rude about it? Y'all the experts but are mad when we ask questions or don't know the exact process... makes no sense. I see that I'm not the only one that has experienced the negative vibe in this place but clearly nothing has been done.

We had a bad experience with some of the ladies at the front desk our appointment to get a passport was at 9:30 and we got there earlier and she asked about timing when was out appointment and we told her that it was at 9:30 but we got there at 9:00 and my wife had to fix something’s that were field out wrong so she decided to redo the form again meanwhile, she was filling out the form Or the application. That lady was constantly reminder for that she was going to be late that she should’ve be ready with the application. We told her several times that we had to make some changes and every two minutes she was still constantly talking to my wife, and getting her distracted. Until before 930 we got in the line because there was a big line and we got to the front desk at 9:35 and she said that it was too late that we had to reschedule the appointment. Meanwhile she was bugging the hell out of my wife with some rude attitude and bad comments while we were filling out the application and she pretty much got her distracted and nervous, I’m not really sure why they work if they’re going to come to a public place like that to work and give that attitude to people it’s not the best thing to do I don’t even know why they have a job there but I will write 5 stars for the Hispanic lady working there. She helped us she took care us. She was very polite and helpful all throughout the process which the other ladies denied to help us. She did help and she should be promoted to a better position she has talent and very professional towards customers. That’s what we all need need in public service places like this. Hopefully this get to there supervisors, and he calls out their attention. Always customer service comes first then anything else that why they have a job because we go there to do business and get a lot of personal documents.

Light skinned african american female, heavy set was very rude, her customer service is horrible, she should honestly get fired, never coming to this post office again, the vibe is ghetto and unprofessional.
