Refrain from using this pharmacy if you can. The staff isn’t smart or effective. They have no aptitude for daily functions or communications. The will definitely make your day bad if it wasn’t already.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy has very bad service, they wait for you even as if it were a hospital, I don't know why they have slow and bad-tempered staff, they make you wait longer than you should and you have to work and have been there for more than 3 times and it's fatal.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have to call numerous times to get a prescription filled. It’s ridiculous. Just insane.

I’ve given so much thought about a review towards this place because I don’t really like to complain or to even make a big deal of events that are not life threatening. However, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service nor seen such a dysfunctional pharmacy. And it’s concerning….I recently moved to Antioch (a little over 2 years) and I’ve used Walgreens my whole life. So when I saw the pharmacy near by my house it made sense this will be my pharmacy of choice, in the past 2 years I’ve encountered really concerning practices from the pharmacy crew specifically; such as:- wrong medication release. (Labeled as what was prescribed to me and receiving something else..)- receiving someone else’s medication with their name and personal info.- being asked to come back in 30 minutes after waiting inline (indoor and outdoor) for over an hour, returning and the pharmacy is closed due to lunch hours. - this one blows my mind.. why would tell me to return in 30 minutes if you know you’ll be on lunch? Anyways.. coming back to wait another 30-40 minutes.- receiving calls that my prescription is ready for pickup, showing up and being told otherwise. Then not receiving it for another 1-2 days.- receiving a call that my prescription is ready for pick up, showing up and then, they tell me the medication requested is not available here and I have to call a different location to see if they can fulfill.And, not mentioning other issues I’ve seen customers dealing with as I am waiting my turn in line. The list goes on.I am unaware of who runs this place, respectfully they need to do better or shut it down? Either way, changing my pharmacy moving forward to solve my problem and hope this review helps others share their experiences, new customers know what they may encounter and reaches audiences that help this place.Cheers!

My grandson who is 2 weeks old had a prescription faxed on Monday Nov 11,2023 @1:41pm. We called @ 4:30pm as to status of the medication. It was verified that you were in possession of the prescription. We expressed the urgent need for the meds to be ready asap which the tech says it would be ready Nov 12, 2023 after 2pm! This was unacceptable!!! We expressed the need asap, she the tech stated she would expedite the prescription and it will be ready in 90mins. I verified this means around 6:00pm. We called back at 6pm and the prescription had Not been filled!! The pharmacist I spoke with Andrew was very helpful and made sure the prescription was filled and ready for door dash delivery first thing Tuesday Nov 12, 2023. Well it's 3:00 pm 11/12/23 and the person I spoke with with a very thick accent states the med is there and door dash hasn't arrived to pick up to deliver. I could not get a clear response if door dash had been informed there were deliveries there. We have a 2 week old baby in a really uncomfortable way crying and only Andrew seemed to understand. I.am unable to physically get this medication ourselves but it should not take multiple calls to do what's right. Your company's only bright spit is Andrew.

The pharmacy sent a text message to pick up my meds as they are ready but when i went to drive thru window the pharmacist who answered said its not ready and wait time 1/2 hr. When i showed her the text message she denied it. She argued and was rude. She made me wait in hot sun and glare while attending to other customers who came after me!!!I have NEVER experienced such insolence and poor customer cate service! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HURT!!!???

Worse Walgreens I have deal with regarding Pharmacy, they never have prescriptions ready on time and they never pick up the calls in a timely manner. Management should be ashamed of there performance.

I think the staff is very polite and respectful however I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone! If there is one caller ahead of you the wait will be at least 40 minutes! 3 callers ahead of you……. Good luck! I have important medicine that I send here so I will be changing to a different pharmacy.
