I purchased from them 4 new tires and have them replaced them on my minivan. I purchased full tire replacement package with TPMS service but after that did replaced and returned me the car, I noticed TPMS light came on dash and stays on. I brought back the car to them but they told me it takes time to reset and I would need to drive 20 to 30 mins to have it reset. So I drove for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I went back but this time they tells me I would need to drive at least a day and then if doesn't reset I could bring the car back to their store. I drove the car all day but still it didn't reset. I don't think these guys have the knowledge or skills to figure out and hoping the issue would get fixed by itself. Avoid Walmart and spend a little more money and go to a reputable tire store. Now I am stuck with this TPMS light on my car don't know what to do.

what a joke. They cannot change oil in 2019 VW Atlas - don't have oil and appropriate tools... like what... no socket wrench?

Auto Center personal are the lazy guys , if you guys don't like to work just close the doors , I'll been there 3 times around 3 or 4 pm and don't want to work said it àre over work already. I had a flat tire ,

The service personnel are rude and unprofessional. I came in with an appointment for my 2 tires to be put on. There were 2 employees in the bays having a conversation that wasn't about cars nor service. I waited patiently. I was walking towards a man wearing a blue uniform who had been in the work bays, tried to speak to him, and he said rudely, "I'm on my break!" He came back after a few minutes and asked what I needed. I said I'm here to drop off my car for tires. He left, got, paperwork, filled it out, took my keys, and said they'd call me my car was done. I'm disabled and hobbled to the front of the store to get a ride-on cart and do some shopping while I waited. They have 2 carts for the entire store! Ridiculous! I waited at the door for 2 hours and never got a cart. I had to hobble back to get my car. They had parked it so far away, I had to ask someone where it was. By the time I got to my car I was in so much pain, I couldn't wait to get home. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!

Horrible..I don't see how they stay in business. The worst customer service ever. Horrible communication among staff. Lots of rudeness. Ridiculous wait times. I wish I had time to go into detail. I went there more than once and received the same horrible service. Also it took more than one appointment just to replace 4 tires. Lots of waiting and wasting time.?????

Can get through on the phone. No matter what department you call. You can schedule on the walmart app or online for car appointments unless you buy a tire

There may be a good Walmart tire center out there, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! impossible to reach by phone. I ordered four tires from the website, 2 of them were delayed for a week after they were supposed to arrive. Went in during my appointment time to get the two put on and my appointment was automatically cancelled. Four hours later my tires were put on and balanced incorrectly.Service: Tires

The "shift change" times are very unmanaged. Customers have no idea what to do. Takes up an extra 30-45 mins for no reason.

If I can put 0 for customer service I will. Idc bout a discount idc that I'm next. I care about communicating with people within a timely manner if and when you know it's gonna be 5 hours for a 1 hour simple job. All I needed was 2 tires changed. And still waiting. Terrible on everyone's behalf here. I've come her before and the service isn't what it use to be. Never again

Cheap oil changes, but workers don't care about anything, almost 2 hrs to get 2 cars done... I was 2nd in line on a Sunday morning, as soon as they opened, yet still waited over 1.5 hours for my car.Bad attitude, poor service. Only decent price for full synthetic oil change.This is the new normal at Walmart and many other establishments now, most employees feel entitled and think everyone owes them.

They are good in their profession but while oil change and inspection they found one screw loose and they just informed and said nothing to worry but should be fixed. I didn’t get chance to get that one screw fixed as its not simple even ( no one simply does just one screw) again I visited Walmart for oil change and they did same. I think just for one screw they simply tightened it. What’s the purpose of inspection if they don’t want to do the small things like this.Just for this small work, i had to spend simply 2-3 hours on calls, appointments and full inspection from other auto service and they did it free. My car is one person handed so all was okay.I will still go to Walmart for oil change but hopefully someone reviews this and take action.
