I may just be lucky but I've only have great experience inside this bank. The security guard at the door is friendly and greets me with a smile while holding the front door as I enter. And the tellers are very helpful with scheduling appointments to meet with the bankers, even though you can also do that online. They interact very patiently with their banking guests, who can sometimes be irritated to find out an appointment is required. Generally their appointments run on-time, but sometimes the line for the window tellers does get pretty long. The parking lot often has people milling around or sleeping or selling things, but I still feel safe when I come here thanks to the attentive gentleman at the front door.

I'm a business owner and my husband made a deposit for me. I know what I counted and knew how much we were putting in. When my husband came back he told me that I was $10 short. I looked at the receipt and told him there more more then 4 ones to be deposited. He went back to bank and the manager on duty told the teller to count his drawer which of course balances. (Why would you have the person in question count his own drawer when manager should be counting it). Anyway was told they would count it and get back to us one way or the other. Still no word from them. I don't know how counting my Monday from last night and going into the bank in the morning, $10 disappeared? Needless to say, I think the teller pocketed the cash and the manager didn't follow through. So I'm $10 short in my books. I made sure to look everywhere thinking maybe I payed it down somewhere but I know for fact it was in the deposit bag and locked for the morning deposit. Watch out for those tellers. They have sly of hands. It may only be $10 but it's our hard earned money and to have it disappear and they band doesn't do anything about it, im very furious. I know people make mistakes but there is no way from last night to this morning the $10 walked away on its own. Warning, watch those tellers like a hawk!

Wells Fargo has obviously forgotten about customer service. They started closing branches, and making everyone stand in line. Currently standing in line here for 40 minutes. Only to make it up to the teller to find out that they can't help me since the machine that prints cashiers checks is down

I'd give less stars if I could. I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1996. I recently went to this branch so make some changes to my accounts. I met with the banker Ismael to discuss the changes and the whole experience was awful. He was very condescending, rude, and unhelpful to say the least. The only option he gave me at that point was so close my accounts. His attitude mixed with not being able to make the changes on my account that I needed, made it so that once I got home I started the process of closing the three accounts I had. As of today they are officially closed and I will never bank with this company every again. Save yourself the trouble and switch banks now!
