Horrible customer service and VERY rude, unprofessional manager (possibly the owner). We have given True Value tons business remodeling our home and I just had a terrible experience. My family and friends will never go in there again. I was trying to give our small town business but this was so bad I would gladly drive 40 minutes to Home Depot.
People who hate their lives shouldn’t work in public or run a business!

Very nice and helpful they have almost everything you need for small projects they goes above and beyond to help customers, I needed some plumbing fittings and the young guy found it all for me. You can find them from the big metal cow they hang on the yard

Damn, been coming here for years! Service is great, typically…until today. A yard guy yelled “racists” at my husband and I before trying to load our trailer with hay. We have 0 clue why! It was fully directed at us. Super sad, hopefully they get a new yard crew…disgusting.
