The staff is extremely helpful and sweet, explaining everything needed about the rental equipment and providing help with directions. They are great at assisting with the rental check out and return process, ensuring customers are in and out with no issues. The place itself is a cool little historical gem. Customers report no problems and highly recommend it, stating it is worth a special trip.

The nice gentleman who helped us was great. We had a problem with our 4 wire plug and he lent us an adapter. Very nice people and location, will rent from them again.
