My wife and I came in on a Friday as a walk-in requiring to modify an account, was told they were booked, we had to make an appointment and one was made for the following Monday. My wife and I showed up about 10 minutes early on that Monday and weren't checked in until 5 minutes after the hour. We waited another 45 minutes and with no end in sight as to when we would be seen. We asked to see what was going on, at which time a worker was willing to see us, but the check-in lady said "no" for what ever reason. After an additional 15 minutes we just left as we had other engagements to attend to. Didn't think one should block out several hrs for a simple visit.That's the typical boilerplate response, apparently BofA hasn't made any changes as so many reviews read the same

This bank is the worst. Soooooo slow every time I come here to pay my rent once a month. One sometimes two tellers on duty with ZERO sense of urgency when the line is out the door. Go elsewhere to open an account…Global credit union is amazing!!!

Been banking with BofA over 30 years. This is by far the worst bank I have ever been in.Every time I come into this bank, which is infrequent there are 8-10 people in line and one teller why there are 3-4 employees doing everything except assisting the customers. I have been here 7 minutes and the same customer is still at the window with 7 other people in front of me and more behind me.

When is a full time working person supposed to be able to access the bank when you are closed on Saturdays and only open until 4pm on weekdays?! Unacceptable .Update: 3/3/23 Friday at 1 pm. One teller and a line of 20 people. 3 other staff members standing around and not helping the poor single teller.

Real bad customer service. One cashier at 12:40 . There were two and one went to lunch when there were approximately 15 customers plus myself waiting on line . I waited for approximately fifteen minutes and probably two customers were helped. Line moved very slow BAD REAL BAD customer service.

For anyone that needs an open bank chase cashes checks without an account, quick to make an account, and just one parking lot over. I was forced to do this because of. Well keep reading.0 stars, what fantasy land do they live in that they will take your money but not let you inside.Read the response from the owner to the reviews. Does that seem like an acceptable responce from someone who cares about you or your money. He just copy and past policy like a big middle finger. Id trust my money with monkeys in a zoo before i ever comeback to bank of america being that there bar is lower than the zoo. Not only have there been robberies right out side the door, but there machines have been tampered with on multiple occasions making the news[google bank of america high desert news]. The only thing american about this bank is the name and that feels like they spit on it with there service. Take your ponzi scheme bank somewhere else, the desert has enough problems with out you trying to make it worse

3 months and still not a single branch in Apple Valley ca open. They say it's for our safety but they are open in Victorville and Hesperia the schools are open. I need to change banks. Been with them for over 50 years. Been with them in Apple Valley for over 25 years. Really don't want to start over but have no choice.

The ATMs at this bank are a disgrace to all the rest of the ATMs in their system. And I have used them far, and wide accross America, and never did I have problems like I have with these one's. It's like whomever has the contract to fix them, doesn't, for job security purposes. Go figure?
