They truly love and care for each pet, going above and beyond. Many clients drive from Los Angeles or Orange County because they like them so much. Dogs leave looking and feeling their best, like a million bucks, and are often calm and happy, not a nervous mess. The salon is a safe place where groomers are very aware of any issues and ensure dogs are vaccinated. The place is clean, and fairly priced. A key feature is that dogs often get to roam and are not locked in a kennel all day, making it like a doggy play date and grooming all in one, though they accommodate specific needs. Staff members, including those who have taken over the business, are amazing. Clients feel like family, especially during hard times. Dogs, even seniors, are always happy to see the ladies and get excited to come. The finishing touch of a cute bandana is appreciated. Anna is the BEST in the High Desert. She has been my furbabies stylist the past 10 years. My Chloe has anxiety when im not around but she loves Anna. I can't say enough about how great she is!!
