I have to contain myself in this store! IT'S incredible, THEY HAVE THEEE BEST FURNITURE AT THIS STORE I MEAN WHO NEEDS AN ASHLEY FURNITURE STIFF OVER PRICED, EXPENSIVE DELIVERY CHARGES WHEN YOU CAN WIN, BETTER QUALITY SOFT COUCHES ETC. AT THIS BIG LOTS! Service is ?, deliveries on point! They communicate with you. SAGE IS THEE BEST STORE REP THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSISTED BY?? TRULY...TO ALL MOMS: LEAVE THE KIDS AT HOME SO YOU CAN ENJOY THE BLISS IN THIS STORE SOLO W/O DISTRACTIONS AND THEM ADDING THINGS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART! LOL! I just bought a beautiful modular sectional here and the material is so soft and dreamy! getting the chair to match next!

My friends and I walked to Big Lots to look around for snacks and serch for furniture for one of our friend's moving into a new house. Were all people of color, my four friends split up to look at the different variety of furniture in both the home and garden areas, while I went off to get snacks and look at movies. While I was looking for snacks I noticed employees watching and looking at me so I went to meet up with my friends in the garden area to feel safer, they were sitting on one of the outdoor sofas for barely a minute, when I walked up, one of the employees a shorter older man with a small beard and glasses kicked us out for "loitering", although we were there for a short time and had reasons for being there. After we were kicked out, my two of my friends told us this wasn't the first time they were kicked out and an older white woman has always seemed aggressive to them, standing right behind them to monitor, as if they would steal.

This day I really liked the store discount. I was able to buy my grandchildren their favorite treats. The store service you well in furniture or bathroom supplies even patio outdoor furniture barbecue grills. And all kinds of household items are here. food supplies too.

Not bad, but customer service is lacking.
My daughter and her bf bought a sectional from there on sale, pretty nice.
When we went to pickup, they sent a wrong section with us. When we notified them on the issue, they said oh give us the bar code numbers so they could see what they sent with us." we did, and they said," Oh yea, we have here, just bring us that piece back, and we'll exchange it.
That's would be fine but it was their mistake, we asked if they could come and exchange it and / or give a discount, they said no as it was on sale so no, their customer service was not on sale so they should retrieve and replace, they wanted to charge my daughter's bf.
The other problem was I left work to help them and had to return to work so they would have to wait for me to get out of work later that night, not once did they try even to accommodate for anything, when my daughter's bf asked for the corporate number they asked what was wrong. Smh
Customer service is supposed to take care of the customer, not the other way around.

We love shopping at Big Lots. They always have something for everyone. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and a great inventory. Today I bought a beautiful Broyhill TV stand for my living room. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, hard-working, and very dedicated to their job. Destiny, Maira, and Sage were absolutely amazing. Thank you Big Lots for everything ?

So the posted hours aren’t actually followed, rushed from the Victorville Mall area to get down here right after work to try and get some Christmas Lights. I make it 5 minutes to spare because I wanted to get some of their clearance holiday stuff. The door is already locked early and a lady who I can only assume is the manager for the night, is guarding the door. I approach the door and had 4-5 minutes to spare, she is talking through the glass and telling me it’s already 9pm. I show here on the phone it isn’t she is trying to tell me because there is only one other employee with here and they have a line they had to shutdown. Came with every intention of spending well over $150 in lights which they are trying to clearance already and due to the experience walked back out and didn’t buy on principle. And they had the couple boxes of what I needed. Plus wanted to make some new additions to our lawn setup with their lighted characters. I try to leave and was back out before her last customer was even being helped. She made it a bad experience and then tried to talk into buying something before she would unlock the door. Then tried to tell me “Well I have you a chance to look” only after I had to argue with her in regard to shutting down early. I understand the shorthanded but when did that become the customer must suffer for the shorthanded. There are only two big lots up here and needed this certain light to continue my decorations and wanted the exact one to match it. Honestly disappointed and truly was trying to spend money with you. But everything happens for a reason and it’s a shame I couldn’t get what was needed because they wanted to shut down early and make people feel rushed.

Had some issues with the online ordering . However with great patience Destiny, Britney, and Mira it was awesome. Their customer service is 2nd to none. They are definitely well prepared and trained at this location. I just wish more places had associates as dedicated and helpful as these 3 young ladies . Thank you for an amazing experience .
