“Alfonso (Golden State Auto Glass) did an excellent job repairing a leaking windshield on a car that I’m very protective of. He arrived when he said he would with all the tools and materials necessary to do the work. He first examined the car with me to be clear on what I wanted and, more importantly, what I needed. He described the various options for performing the repair and only started it when I clearly agreed on what he was going to do. He finished the job quickly and cleanly at a very reasonable cost. Alfonso obviously is very knowledgeable about auto glass repair and is very up front and informative about his work. I highly recommend him.”

“I have been taking my vehicle to Universal Collision for the past 15 years and they never disappoint. If they don’t specialize in a particular service the owner has gone out of his way to recommend a shop that he can stand behind for quality and turn time. Again I was completely satisfied with the service and special attention that I always get at Universal Collision. I wouldn’t take my car to any other shop. 5+ STARS HANDS DOWN”

“I had an insurance claim here for my brand new car with only 800 miles so calling me picky on the repair is an understatement. Fix it Auto did a good job communicating with me through the whole process. I was not happy with the repairs on the first time and they explained to me the difference between reflection of pearl paint on a plastic bumper vs metal quarter panel which made sense. I didnt accept the car due to some gaps in the seems I was being overly picky with for sure but they accepted the challenge to make it better. I picked up the car and on the molding had a tiny blemish they agreed to fix at a later time since I needed the car. The later time when I finally had time to bring it back was 2 months later. They fixed the blemish and when I told them the bumper/quarter panel mismatch was still bugging me they took it into the paint shop and did a great job blending it. They went above and beyond. Tho the insurance claim was closed they did the extra work to match the paint better even tho they didnt have to. They also helped re-seat my front bumper after my failed attempt to take it off and put it back seamless during a mod install. When they had my car for the original repair they also installed my splash guards and a vinyl decal. Thank you fix it auto for turning my bad situation into a thing of the past with patience and understanding. I will be bringing my car back for some future body work I plan with some mods.”

“Wow! This place was amazing. The tech almost insisted on meeting me at the location I was loading at (I am a truck driver needing a windshield), rather than have me drive around trying to find a spot at a truck stop. Then when he got here, he had the glass out and replaced in no time at all....even replacing my windshield wiper blades to save me the time as I was going to do that with the new glass, anyway.I would highly recommend this business”

“I called first thing in the morning for an appointment to get my front windshield replaced as soon as possible. I was told I could come in the same afternoon and they had my new glass for replacement ready. When I arrived the glass was replaced in under an hour so I didn’t wait long at all and they did excellent work. The owners were very kind as well which was nice to experience. I definitely recommend coming here if you need glass repair done soon and are looking for good quality work!”

“My car was broken into on the side window early in the morning. I used trash bags and take to cover the side. The insurance was not foto be any help because I have a high deductible. Luckily we use Martinez Glass at my work and able to get in touch with them to set up an appointment to get my glasses fixed. They were ready to get the glass an install it right away!”
