“Swift Appearance is BY FAR the most PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT auto shop I have worked with, to date. I own several muscle cars and anyone who's a gearhead knows a great shop is like having a great doctor or a great attorney: they're hard to find and when you find 'em, you keep 'em. Jeff and Austin are very personable and professional. Their customer service is second-to-none. On three, emergency-to-me occasions, Austin repaired dents on my vehicles that were nearly impossible, or so I thought. His price for the work was so low, I felt like I owed him more money each time (but please don't raise your prices! lol). I've had tint-work performed there as well and after using a few others in the high desert, I can say their tint-work is above all others! I don't have any annoying dust bubbles or blemishes that other shops up here will swear are unavoidable. I have found Austin to be an honest, God-fearing man who lets his Faith shine through his work as he gives careful attention not only to the work he is performing but also to the entire vehicle. My cars are like babies and he understands and respects that. The level of care and completeness executed by Swift Appearance is virtually non-existent in our modern society. I hope the reader can appreciate how much I have written here, which should be a testament to how particular I am about my vehicles and the fact that I have finally found a shop that I can trust to be sensitive to the care I require. “Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced! I called today to ask if they could completely replace my windshield. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day after confirming they would have the right glass available for me. I was helped by Amber in the office and the rest of the crew. There was a young man who even kept my mister car wash sticker and put it on the new windshield. Little details like that go on long way when you’re busy and rarely have days off. After care instructions were made very clear and easy to follow by Amber. The price seemed just right too. I had done some calling around and the places that offered it to me cheaper didn’t even ask if I wanted my windshield recalibrated (since it has detectors). Thank you very much Cali Auto Glass ??”

The tech almost insisted on meeting me at the location I was loading at (I am a truck driver needing a windshield), rather than have me drive around trying to find a spot at a truck stop.Then when he got here, he had the glass out and replaced in no time at all....even replacing my windshield wiper blades to save me the time as I was going to do that with the new glass, anyway.I would highly recommend this business”

“Alfonso (Golden State Auto Glass) did an excellent job repairing a leaking windshield on a car that I’m very protective of. He arrived when he said he would with all the tools and materials necessary to do the work.
He first examined the car with me to be clear on what I wanted and, more importantly, what I needed. He described the various options for performing the repair and only started it when I clearly agreed on what he was going to do.
He finished the job quickly and cleanly at a very reasonable cost. Alfonso obviously is very knowledgeable about auto glass repair and is very up front and informative about his work.
