“I want to share this because until this experience, I didn’t understand how hard it is for these guys. First, if I based my review on my initial phone call and interaction I would not give it 5 stars. They were kind of dismissive but polite HOWEVER when I spoke with them in person, I was able to get help. We had a ridiculous situation with an EV that wouldn’t charge. Pretty much, nobody answered the phone or if you did get through they couldn’t help you. This applies to all of the surrounding locations. The employees at these will just do their job albeit with a little sympathy when you have a problem but can’t really offer any solutions because their hands were tied. The help came from when we just had a conversation with the employees here. Road side assistance tried to tell us to go to LAX or Palm Springs, which wouldhave cost a fortune in towing. He said we should try Ontario which was closer and we could basically coast down the freeway which was all down hill. Thankfully he knew the area and knew the vehicle. We made it. NEVER EVER rent an EV for a long trip, it’s a nightmare.”

“Came back again. Love coming here to this specific location. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes they seem overwhelmed with all the customers in queue but manage to maintain their confidence and cool. I rented a small vehicle but they were willing to offer me a Prius it's extremely fuel efficient and has some power when needed for freeways. Overall this is my come to place for rentals.”

“I use enterprise mainly for my job. I recently made a huge mess up with my reservation and unfortunately another location wasn't able to accommodate me. NICOLE at the HESPERIA LOCATION SAVED ME and handled my mess up wonderfully! I was in and out within 30 mins and walked away so grateful. “Day? & Night??This Hertz location used to be my overall favorite rental car option in the high desert.It has been a few years since I last needed to rent but when a recent need arose it was a no-brainer to reserve with them.?Upon arrival, we received a very friendly greeting from both staffs. While one young lady promptly began our check-in process, the other was easing certitude with her humor and engaging convo. By the time that a mistake on my reservation was found that might've prevented my rental, they had discussed agreed upon then offered options to help me so smoothly that I almost missed the issue.I drove away pleased to find the experience as I remembered it.✅️ Good Prices✅️ Good selection✅️ Good service ( staff who consistently provide Quick, Smooth, and Pleasant ✔️in & ✔️outs)??Yesterday, a week later, I return with another reservation hoping to rent the same but expecting another vehicle due to the availability”
