Spent a lot of money there today, should have just walked out. Was treated poorly. Customer Service zero. Friendliness zero. My daughters clothes were just stuffed into bags, not even folded. All because the store closed in 10 minutes. Was basically kicked out. The two ladies there, African American bigger lady and the younger blond with her piercings were extremely rude and unprofessional. Won't be back. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

I got the deal on some Christmas pjs but I have to take 2 back just because of the sizes one being to small and one being to big. I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of returning online so I called ahead and asked if I can exchange them at the store and they said yes as long as they’re in stock and if not I’ll be able to return with them and they’ll place the order for me to get them.

Lost my pick-up order, didn't fix the issue. Told me they would refund me instead. I just wanted my items replaced. Had to call customer service myself to fix the issue.The customer service said they would ship the replacement items to my house, but then shipped them to the store that lost my items.

Turned lights and music off when we walked into the store 10 minutes before close. Zero customer service, even for a pick up order. Considered making a purchase and thought better of it.
