After being on hold for five minutes they hung up on me. I was calling to transfer five med prescriptions! NOT ANYMORE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Welcome to the high desert! Impossible to get knowledgeable workers!

On hold for over an hour just to get hung up on. For those that are sick and tired of this kind of service at this location...you can log onto cvs.com and file a complaint on their site.

Today was unbelievable. The pharmacist actually said to me, "well I hope you're husband doesn't die from an allergic reaction." My husband had surgery today and the doctor prescribed him a medicine that comes from the same group as one he had a allergic reaction to 10 years ago. You think after they verified it wasn't covered by his insurance. Then supposedly left a message for his doctor they would have realized in the first place he had a warning for possible allergies to this medicine & would've called the doctor or the patient Vs waiting 6 hrs after the automated system said it was ready. My husband called me during this time but of course loopy still from the anesthesia and said just to get. But when I got home I explained to him the possible reaction and what The Pharmacist said to me was unbelievable. I even asked her what other medicines could we ask the doctor to change it to but she was just flat out rude from the initial contact. My father-n-law is a retired pharmacist and I always would ask him what options are best. I feel a pharmacist is suppose to be there for the patients and help protect them. Well Kathy from CVS Target on Bear Valley doesn't care nor does she protect the patients. My husband has gone to this pharmacy for over 10 years. The technician and other pharmacists knows my husband which by the way Kim he is TERMINAL. So before you judge a patient because the doctor prescribe him a narcotic. Why don't you think about what the prescription is for and why it is prescribed. My husband is a Gulf War Veteran who is literally fighting through severe pain every day because of the chemical weapons he was exposed to has made him terminal.

If I could give zero, I would. I have scheduled to get an immunization three times, once while standing at their window and scheduling in person. Every single morning of the appointment, I get a text message stating that they have cancelled the appointment. Then, sometime later, I get a text message stating that I missed my appointment.Time to switch pharmacies!

I’m new to this Area and this is whereI will be getting my Prescriptions now and doing whatever Shopping, I can while I’m their! I’m 70 Years Youngand I really have No Transportationand so, I decided to try walking their to check it out, my first time a few weeks ago and I didn’t realize it was as far as it was and I also, I have to walk down this long Dirt Road to get to the Main Highway! But, I feel it was worth it! Everyone was really nice and Friendly!I Feel very Lucky to have this as My New Target/CVS Store where I recently moved. I feel, it was very Clean and Organized and Everyone was very Friendly and Helpful and I want to Thank All of You for making me feelso Welcome to this Area!DD Apple Valley, CA June 30, 2021

Don't come here to get photos printed. I ordered 10 4x6 photos and they all came out blurry or strainy. This is my first time coming to this cvs for photos but the other cvs' I would go to never printed photos this bad.

This pharmacy is the most horrible incompetent pharmacy we have ever been to . And when you want to address it with management, then they mess with your medication refill. I will be going to the higher ups on this issue as the prescription that was needed as very time sensitive and was delayed over 5 days and then the full prescription was not filled. This is something that needs to be filed every single month. We have battled them and this was the file straw when not only did they delay it, they also shorted it to show us they have control. If I could give them a -10 I would.
