I had a horrible experience at another T-Mobile (in Victorville) and Roxanne restored my faith in T-Mobile by taking the time to fix another store’s awful service!!! She and David were AWESOME at multitasking and taking care of ALL their customers, making sure everyone got the best possible service! Roxanne helped me set up my new phone; even though it took a couple tries, she never gave up and made sure everything was working properly before I left! I will absolutely be back to this store for all my future T-Mobile needs! They’re the absolute best!”
