“I went to the hesperia office and had probably one of the best dr expirences I've has since I moved from WI 8 years ago. The staff was really friendly. I was a new patient and it only took 8 days to get an appointment from calling to switch primary care doctors. I arrived and within 10 min of finishing the paperwork which only took 15 minutes I was taken back to do vitals and the med. Assistant who took them listened and was very very nice. After going into the room I waited less than 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Wu was great. He listened to my concerns, when I asked about possible things that could be an issue he quickly put me at ease and ordered the lab work I needed and was very personable. He was probably the most entertaining doctor I have ever met. They gave me a prescription and had it sent literally right next door. I spent more time with the doctor then I did waiting which is saying a lot. I felt listened to and actually as if I was the focus of the medical care. I left the office and went next door to the pharmacy and within 10 minutes I walked out with my perscriptions. My appointment was at 5pm, I arrived at 445 to do paperwork and by 615 I was driving home with meds. The most expedited and pleasant expirence in medical care in the HD.”
