I was involved in a minor fender bender. The next day I contacted Luis and he was super polite and professional. I couldn’t make it to drop my vehicle off so Luis offered and arranged a pick up service for me. My car was in and out in less than a week.Super fast responses via email and phone calls. Kept me updated on when parts were arriving and the next steps they were going to take. Raul was an absolute pleasure to talk with upon picking up my vehicle. These are honest men that provide honest work. Thank you Fix Auto Raul and Luis!

Fix Auto has been amazing through and through! I had a really hard time with the insurance company. My car was in the shop for almost 1 month. They worked with me and did not charge me storage fees even though they should have but they knew the difficult time I was going through and the money I was spending on a rental car per week. They had a ton of compassion and empathy for my situation. My car was done earlier than was expected and they even cleaned it and as you can see in the pictures it was pretty dirty. The staff was professional and courteous and kind. They took care of my vehicle and it is like brand new again. I can never thank them enough for helping me through this tough situation. Thanks again Fix Auto and I will definitely be referring anyone I know to them. I'm confident they are the best in the high desert.

Awful awful awful. These guys are the worst. Are not thorough in their work at all. They are constantly missing noticeable things that need to be fixed. Do not go to this body shop. They will not accommodate you if they mess up. I have 10+ years working in the auto industry working along side body shops such as these guys and can say that this is the worst experience from a body shop i have ever had. I am more than happy to bring their score down across all platforms for the sole purpose of them not gaining business and having other people experience their awful work. This review is on behalf of another person.
